A beautiful, very modern studio next to the slopes, perfect for two people. The hot tub was great after a day snowboarding in powder. I appreciated the coffee and kitchen facilities. The ski in ski out aspect was great, but you can also use the green line bus service when you’re not ending the day on the Mary Jane side.

we loved this location...the location was perfect. Great for the shuttle or the breck free bus... the condo was perfect for my husband and i...the storage unit for skis kept the condo clean and clutter free..we loved the sound machine in the bedroom. the condo also had equipped a.heating pad, fan, and space heater..we thought they were all nice extra touches. I was pleasantly suprised with the amount of hangers!!!! I usually travel with a bunch of hangers and we didn't need it here.

Well stocked, cute condo in Frisco. Perfect for a quick ski weekend! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The instructions to get in were very clear and it was easy to find. Tara was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. This was a good size for our family of 3, but I think could be a little tight for more than 3. The sofa bed, where our teenaged son slept, had an extra mattress you could put on the bed and it was comfy for him, but would not have fit more than one person. The bedroom has a memory foam mattress, and we weren't sure we would like that, but it was actually really comfortable and we slept great!

This was our second time dying at Beau’s place. Truly enjoy the space and location.

The space - and especially the ski-in/ski-out - was as fantastic as advertised and as others have said in reviews. Overall for my son and I, the space was a very simple, clean, and cozy place that was the perfect basecamp for a few days - with our focus on snowboarding and relaxing during the evenings. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED your place! It smelled and appeared as clean as could be upon our check-in and was equipped with everything we needed. I particularly appreciated having a fan, a dishwasher and sink disposal, boot/shoe rack, and ample hooks. The proximity to the laundry area was super convenient given there were 5 of us on a lengthy stay. It made it very handy to wash clothes. The convenience of ski storage and super easy access to the slopes was absolutely ideal! Parking, trash disposal, and check-in/check-out were all so easy. We also really, really loved taking advantage of the awesome game room and the hot tubs! An unexpected emergency occurred at the end of our stay forcing us to leave a day early and Brianne very kindly - and voluntarily! - made accommodations for us so we were not out the room cost for the final night. Overall, Brianne's place made for a fantastic family ski stay and her hosting was top-notch! We would 100% recommend her place and/or book in the future!

I loved my stay at Ira’s! He was very proactive in communicating with me, upon arrival, during my stay and after as well. The home was very easy to find and it’s so conveniently located!! The space was very quiet, private, and was such a restful home for a weekend of skiing (which I was exhausted after!). The space was VERY clean. I also appreciated the simple checkout instructions. Will definitely stay again!!

Awesome stay steps from the gondola! Right in River Run, Christina's place is perfect for your ski trip. We enjoyed the private parking, hot tubs, and ski locker as extra perks. All of the instructions provided to us were easy to follow and when we reached out, Christina replied almost instantly. The condo is exactly as described and we enjoyed having the extra space with 3-4 of us.

Awesome ski-in/out condo! Balcony overlooks Corridor catwalk run between Mary Jane and Winter Park. Loved the location and access to the shared hot tub. Condo was clean and easy to check-in and out. Definitely a great spot for a couple or small family. Small but cozy studio with a Murphy bed.

If you’re going to do a ski-in/ski-out spend the money and stay here. I have stayed at countless places in Breck throughout the years. This condo was the most expensive, but had the most dollar for value as well.

We had an awesome time staying here for a ski long weekend! The Quicksilver Chair is truly a few minutes walk out the door. There is an equipment rental place in the same building, and so many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We didn’t need a car at all since we took a shuttle from Denver. The condo itself was brightly lit and relaxing. Perfect for a couple. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast before a full day of skiing. The front desk staff was friendly, and they stored our luggage after we checked out on our last day until our evening shuttle came. We didn’t use the pool/fitness center during our stay but it looked amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Linda’s condo! Extremely convenient to access the slopes. It was right downtown, but we didn’t experience any issues with noise and enjoyed being right in the town center.

We had an amazing time staying at Julie’s place and skiing at Keystone. The condo exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. We felt right at home. Julie was incredible as our host, checking in prior to arrival, checking in again to be sure everything at the condo was good. She is a great host!

Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to book a trip to Colorado. Great location, cozy living space and very accommodating. There were no tricks or surprises when we arrived. Everything was as listed and better than imagined.

Perfect cabin with ample space for our family. The house has comfortable beds, nice quality furniture and a luxury feel. The community amenities are lovely. Took me less than 25 mins to get to keystone for skiing. The house is surrounded by lovely aspen trees and there are nice mountain views, especially from the master bedroom. Andy was a communicative and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

This was a great little studio in an awesome location. The condo was well appointed for a studio, but only had 1 fan. The front desk was able to provide another, though, which made sleeping much more comfortable. The mattresses (even the pull out), were very comfy! Just be aware that the only air flow is from the slider, there are no windows, and there is no screen in the slider, so you have to have the door open to get air flow. All in all had a great stay, and would stay here again.

A very spacious home that ensured we didn't feel guilty staying in during the winter time! Great feedback from everyone that was with us during our stay, from the amenities to the living spaces. We would absolutely come back here!

Ryan’s space was perfect. It felt like home while still feeling like we were on vacation in a luxury, rentable condo. If I could own the place myself I would, because I already miss it, it has great proximity to anything and everything, and it was a cozy nest for my group for our trip. I hope to come back soon and can’t recommend the home or Ryan as a property owner enough. Couldn’t have made our stay easier and we felt right at home.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Breck! House was fully stocked with anything you could need, great distance from downtown, and everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

We decided to stay at Summit Sky Ranch for a family vacation with my kids and grandson. The fall colors were beautiful and the community clubhouse was amazing! Even though it was early October, my grandson insisted on swimming every day and loved playing with the toys in the clubhouse. The property was well maintained and offered privacy in a gorgeous setting. We loved being able to enjoy the many trails in the community and it was perfect for our dog who loved to go on walks and explore. We will definitely be returning!!
