A very spacious home that ensured we didn't feel guilty staying in during the winter time! Great feedback from everyone that was with us during our stay, from the amenities to the living spaces. We would absolutely come back here!

This was the perfect spot for out long ski weekend! the host was kind enough to let us even check in early due to severe weather coming to the mountains to accomodate us leaving a bit earlier! Plenty of sleeping space without it feeling overly crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub felt so secluded with a beautiful view! Overall great experience!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Breckenridge! Close enough to town where it’s convenient, yet far away enough where it’s peaceful and private. Great size for a large groups, perfectly clean, with a responsive host. Instructions were clear and reasonable, and the checkout process was a breeze. Highly recommend this place to any group looking to spend time in Breckenridge!

Our stay here for a group ski trip was everything we had imagined. The house was very easy to check into and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and silverware/pots that we needed throughout the week. There were 10 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. The house was very spacious, we felt like we were in a hallmark Christmas movie! It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street in Breck which was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and going skiing. The hot tub was fabulous and the pool table downstairs was great to all hang around when we got home for the evening. The only problem we had was that the shower in the Jack and Jill bath did not work, however the host was very accommodating and immediately gave us some money back for the issue. We would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Breck.

Super cozy, very quiet vacation getaway and very close to the ski resorts. The hot tub was ready to go when we got there which was much appreciated and the drive was plowed when it snowed which helped a lot. Having the carport was also super helpful for not having to clear off the car in the morning.

Loved our stay here during a ski holiday. The house is perfectly located and we enjoyed the hot tub after long days on the mountain.

This is a truly lovely unit. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The rooms are actually quite bright (vs the dark photo). The huge window enhanced the whole ambiance by bringing the trees inside. It was wonderful to not feel crowded - we had space to spread out and by having a basement level, it gave us all a chance to retreat. This area of Keystone was new to us and it made for lovely walks, as well as walking to River Run. The kitchen is spacious, where 2 or 3 people can be working at the same time. Furniture is very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful to have TWO parking spaces -- in a garage! This made unloading/reloading our belongings so easy. We will definitely consider this unit next year!

It was a great place to stay! We loved how close it was to everything!

This home was set up perfectly for us. Words cannot describe the magnificent views and peaceful surroundings. Overlooking the snow covered valley across to the snow capped mountains was a scene that could never get old. The well appointed kitchen made it easy for grandpa (me) to play short order cook for the whole family at breakfast, and others to cook dinner every night. The 2 waffle irons had a workout. The large dining table was a great place to gather for meals, discuss our day and play games every night. There was ample space for people to spread out for alone time too. The huge sectional in front of the fireplace was a very popular spot for all of us. The equipment storage just off the garage was plenty of space for all our ski gear. Everyone loved their beds, including the girls in the bunk room. The location is fantastic. Our granddaughters loved the seating area at the window in the master bedroom. I need more space to tell how great a host Daniel is.

This Airbnb was perfect for our ski trip. The place was very spacious and had an amazing view. The Airbnb was a 10 minute walk to the peak 9 lift and a 10 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb gem, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my birthday. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire apartment was evident, and I felt at ease knowing that the host took great care in maintaining a spotless space. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was its prime location. My stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience in the heart of Frisco.

Condo was spacious and we loved having the kitchen with lots of amenities! Washer and dryer was nice too as we could wash and dry our clothes after snow skiing and ice fishing. We enjoyed the view, fireplace, and watching the bowl games on tv. It was right on the shuttle route to go to the lifts. Nice place in Keystone!

great cabin! really spacious, comfortable beds and couches, and the hot tub was also a very nice touch. pretty close to Breckenridge as well do you're planning on skiing/snowboarding. Jay was also always very communicative and pro-active in reaching out and ensuring we had everything we need. highly recommend!

Perfect! The cabin is adorable and convenient! Close to I-70 and Loveland Ski Area. The hot tub was a big hit and was the perfect escape after a day of skiing. The kitchen has everything you need, and the coffee pods and creamers were a nice bonus. The bed is comfy! We appreciated the board games, the extra blankets, towels for the hot tub, and the toiletries. Lastly, Jill was a fantastic host! She was proactive with info and speedy to respond. We hope to visit this spot again!

Loved our stay. The a frame is a super cute older home. It's comfortable and convenient for parking. If you're a big cook, the kitchen might not be optimal but it had what we needed. We'd definitely go back!

We loved our stay! This home really met our expectations of a winter wonderland. We visited in February. The views were gorgeous and there was plenty of snow on the ground. The place was very well stocked and had more than we needed. The elevation really was not bad for most of our group, just be prepared. If you are susceptible to altitude sickness purchase an oxygen canister, they sell at grocery stores about $20 will last one person a few days at least. The drive wasn’t bad either but definitely AWD during winter is a must. FairPlay is a nice small town with several bars and restaurants about 20 min from the home. Breckenridge is also not very far, about 40 minutes for skiing and lots more. Overall great experience!

We absolutely loved staying at the powder pad! We had the most peaceful vacation and were able to enjoy the mountains and enjoy Breckenridge! We will be back soon!

This was actually our second time here for a weekend getaway! Really beautiful spot and very easy to drop in and relax. Hot tub is great, views are lovely, easy walks, close to some gorgeous hikes. Equally lovely in summer and winter. And though we don't want to bring the kids ;) we know they'd have a great time too. Definitely coming back since it's tradition now.

What a beautiful property in a winter wonderland. We had everything we needed for a cozy stay at the cabin, it snowed the whole time and we saw a beautiful fox outside the front door. The place was very organized and well equipped, our daughter who lives in Breck came to visit with her 2 fur babies and we enjoyed the fact that they were welcomed. The doggies had a great time too! Thank you Amy, we would love to stay at your place in the spring or summer next time. Sue & Bill
