We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house was spotless and very spacious. Very peaceful setting and only a short drive from the vineyards. Rob was a fantastic host and had great local recommendations. He even left us a delicious bottle of wine from his vineyard. Would highly recommend this home!

Very nice home with plenty of amenities from the amazing pool, putting green, and game room our 4 and 6 yr old had a fun time. The 9pm noise and backyard curfew is a little quirky, as is the use of outdoor cameras by the pool and jacuzzi but it's clearly stated in the listing, so not a surprise and it is well enforced. Would be nice to see the outdoor gas and kitchen fully functional. Otherwise, a perfect stay...highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rico's Airbnb. It was super clean, quiet and peaceful and a great location tucked away in a great neighborhood. Rico was super responsive and a wonderful host!

Fantastic place and just as great hosts. Family had so much fun in and outside the property. The ping pong table was an unexpected feature that really amplied the fun. Would come back again!

This home perfect for our family spring break trip. It was peaceful, secluded, with beautiful views, and more than enough space for our family of five. The kitchen was completely stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with great space. The family room which is nicely separated from the rest of the home was fabulous with a huge tv and pool table and super comfy seating for everyone. We paid the extra for heating the pool and spa which was totally worth it; we spent hours each day enjoying the views, even in the rain. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the stay an excellent experience. We were fortunate to check in early and stay a little later as well. I asked everyone in my family, individually, what they thought and without hesitation it was a 5 star home (2 college kids and a 14 year old). Can’t recommend it enough if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful home in the hills.

Loved the stay!! The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The backyard was very pretty and everything we needed was provided by the host. She was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Perfect location close to the beach, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely coming back!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The place was excellent for me and my family. It was homey, spacious, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Loved the location and the home. Was near everything we needed. The home was clean and provided everything as the description stated.

We had to extend our stay here due to repairs on our house, but we felt right at home in this beautiful home. Mandy is a wonderful host and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great place! Location was close to the highway which easily took us to the beach and exploring other towns nearby. The laundry machines were a great amenity. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools and pans, so it was easy for us to make some of our meals here. When we needed to reach out to the host, they were very responsive and answered super quickly. You will hear the train from the property, but the provided white noise machine allowed us to sleep peacefully through the night. Would definitely recommend this place!

I loved staying here! It is super clean, cozy and well worth the value. Would totally come back. Very short uber to so many wineries. A plus side is seeing all the hot balloons take off in the morning 😊

House was beautiful and perfect for my family and I as I came out to California to handle some business. My kids really enjoyed enjoyed having having the playground in front yard and as a parent it was comforting, knowing it was often and stuff, but the clear view.The house were always responsive, and there was never any issues. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re down in Fallbrook.

3 of us stayed here while in town for a business retreat. It was perfect. Nice and quiet, beautiful rooftop views, lots of space, and very clean. The bottle of wine upon check in was a lovely touch and the perfect way to start our trip in beautiful San Clemente. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

We had such an incredible stay at this property. It has such a homey feel which we really appreciated!! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Also the neighbourhood/area was extremely peaceful with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again😁

Charming place with actually more space than I expected. The opposite end bedrooms worked out well and the yard was perfect for our dog. Quiet time in house rules 9pm - 9am however there is a newer food/bar place just around the corner that is fairly loud past 9pm that makes street parking difficult on the weekend. The house has no parking but street so if you didn’t keep a car out front, it was hard to park if the eatery was crowded. All in all we were happy with it. Communication is excellent and quick. I would stay again. I live in north county and had to be out of my home for a tent fumigation so this was perfect since I have a dog. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Cell coverage is very weak in this area.

This place was absolutely amazing! The backyard is beautiful, I love the orange and lemon trees! The place is very spacious and open. As far as host, Ana is a great, responsive host. She was fantastic to work with and very communicative. Would definitely come back

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and safe. My seven sisters and I get together every four months . We loved this home and we shared our great times and beautiful family memories together. It was very welcoming , very spacious and we enjoyed every minute here. We’re looking forward to return next year God willing.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The place was not only nice but also impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. The tenants were very communicative, always responding quickly to our inquiries, which added to our overall experience. Additionally, the area was lovely, providing a great atmosphere for our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here!

This was our second Thanksgiving at Catalina’s place. It’s been the perfect place for our family to come from all over the USA to be together. Catalina was quick to come fix a leaky sprinkler and was so kind and accommodating to bring us several baby items for my niece who traveled quite far. The backyard is perfect for the kids to play and the sleeping arrangements were great for our large family. Thanks again and we’ll probably be back next year!!

El alojamiento y el servicio de Victoria fueron increíbles, estuvo atenta a mis solicitudes desde un principio. El lugar muy ordenado, súper tranquilo, todo estaba en orden y muy limpio. Que permitieran alojar a nuestras mascotas fue un plus porque a ellas les gustó mucho el lugar. Un plus fue que nos permitiera salir un poco más tarde para que las mascotas no sufrieran con el calor. Definitivamente regresaríamos en la siguiente ocasión!
