Kris and Bob’s hilltop apartment was so cute and the views were immaculate! Caught them on their walks a few times and they were very kind. Apartment does have a sky light so no sleeping in around here to miss these wonderful views ;)

This was my third stay at Barbara's condo. I've enjoyed each visit. The location near the beach, restaurants and stores is ideal for those who like easy walking access. I rarely have to drive during my visits. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable for long stays. I highly recommend staying at Barbara's place!

We needed a place to stay while attending a pickleball tournament and this place was great. It is convenient, clean, spacious and the host was very helpful with requests. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Off street parking is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

We have had several great visits to Paul's "A Touch of Tuscany". The unit and gardens are beautiful. The unit is in fantastic condition and fully equipped. We consider it our home away from home when staying here.

I would 100% come back to this oasis in San Clemente. While the apartment was nice, my experience with Raul puts the listing over the top. He was responsive, helpful, and was able to make accommodations for me at the last minute, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Jordans Airbnb’s are amazing, we absolutely love staying here and recommend Jordan and his team as they really are first class. Their place is in tip top shape and user friendly. We love how close the walk is to the beach. Once you stay here you will definitely want to return!

My husband and I stayed at Shannon’s place for 5 nights. It was absolutely wonderful! Shannon is super sweet, helpful, and readily available if you need something. The place is beautiful! The bed is super comfortable! The front door is so convenient to where you park your car. We loved walking to the pier every morning and the beach path being so close by is awesome. The best coffee was definitely from Bluestone Lane. It’s a little over half a mile walk from the apartment to the town where shops and restaurants are. It’s doable, but it is uphill the whole way. We ate at Sol Agave (good, but pricey) and the best food we had the whole time was from BeachFire! Though is was overcast most of the time (which we happen to love!), we did a sunset hike each evening at Vista Del Sol Park. Free parking, lots of playgrounds, beautiful houses and amazing views all around, including the San Clemente pier. We loved our time and definitely want to go back and stay here again!

Silva’s place was very charming and comfortable! It had everything my husband and I needed. It was super clean. Best of all it was close to downtown Riverside. And close to restaurants, grocery stores, and museums. Silva was a super host and always responded quickly to my questions.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place was clean and cozy, the location was perfect for us. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. I also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home ! Stayed here with friends and there was a lot of space 😊 Loved how it had all the amenities including 2 coffee machines and coffee included ! Host also responds fast which I appreciated , would definitely recommend this place ☺️

We absolutely loved it there! We were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation where we would feel at ease and comfortable and this place absolutely nailed it! And the place was so beautifully furnished and decorated. Also we had enough space, since the place had a big living / dining room and kitchen.

Lovely stay. Pictures on the listing matched perfectly. The apartment was easy to find and Susana’s instructions made it very easy to get in. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. We loved cozying up in the living room with the fireplace on. Great location, too. We enjoyed the outlets in San Clemente, the car show, and often visited San Juan Capistrano.

We loved our family getaway at Brian’s condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the covered jacuzzi was wonderful to watch the sunset from. The beach (and pier) is across the street, with a paved path perfect to take long walks. The place is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with condiments, many dish and cook wares. The open kitchen/living/dining layout is ideal, we also really appreciated the spacious bedrooms and cute 2.5 bathrooms. An awesome place!

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

We traveled from the East Coast to vacation in San Clemente, California. We visited Disneyland and went whale watching. The home has very comfortable beds and furniture to relax after long days of sightseeing. There is a view of the Pacific Ocean from the dining room balcony where we watched the sunset. If you walk down the street, you arrive at the beach with a pier and restaurant. We walked up the street to find shops and restaurants, and a French bakery with amazing authentic food. Ichiro was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Juliana is an exceptional proactive and kind communicator. It's clear that there's a keen understanding of design :) from the paint choices, to the bed linens, to the coffee table books! The bed is super comfy. The fireplace is lovely. It's walking distance to my favorite tea/coffee place (Alpaca). The loft is lovely for reading and walking. This was my second stay and I'll be back 🩵

This place is perfect for a San Clemente beach vacation. My family of four has stayed here four years in a row and we are planning on coming back next year for year five. The space is comfortable and has plenty of amenities. The location is perfectly placed between the Pier and Downtown San Clemente. We typically park the car in the garage and walk the rest of the time. We cannot recommend this place enough.

I booked this rental for a short girls weekend away based on the pictures and location. We spent each morning and some evenings enjoying the weather and the view. The condo had everything we needed and the location was quiet and in a fairly walkable area. Fair warning the stairs to the beach are close but steep. We were concerned that we would hear the trains going by with the close proximity to the tracks but you cannot hear them from inside. Alyonka reached out before we checked in to let us know of an ant problem they were having and offered an exterminator should we need one while we there, while we didn't take her up on the offer, the kitchen counter, sink, windowsill and near the door did have dead ants. It wasn't a big deal but maybe a last minute wipe down before we got there would have been nice. The furniture needs a refresh as there are visible stains but everything was comfortable. Check in and out was super easy.
