above all else, this stay is super convenient! a short drive (like 5 minutes) from the beach, shopping, groceries etc. they leave lots of games/puzzles which entertained us many nights, plenty of clean towels and extra blankets/sheets if needed.. we would gladly stay here again!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! The townhome was so spacious and immaculate. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms/showers, and lots of hang out space which was super helpful with 2 little ones! Pool was great as well and the location was perfect. Everything was a short drive or walk away! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We had a great time to celebrate my son 21 birthday. The penthouse is beautiful. The views are amazing. Very relaxing. Richard is a great host.

Our family enjoyed our time. This rental is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. This condo was the right size for our family and had everything we could have needed. Suzanne was in contact with us to make sure we knew what we needed to know. Her replies were also very prompt. We had a great stay!

Great stay. Everything was true to the listing. Had an issue with a light fixture going out, and it was fixed in less than an hour from the time I reported it.

We loved everything about Barbara’s place. It felt just like home and would absolutely book again. Very well stocked and steps to everything needed.

Hellen & Demetrios were both super helpful. Any issues we had - they handled pretty timely and were super responsive. This place is all about location! ITs both quiet and close, you get the benefit of both peace and fun. WE had two toddlers in the family who got the joy of the board walk daily and people watching. and we got the peace and quiet at night sitting on the balcony. Friday night fireworks were our personal view.

We recently stayed a week here and had a wonderful time! The location is amazing, being right on the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. We enjoyed going down to the shops right underneath the building, which is also where the tramcar begins. We loved our balcony that overlooked the sun deck! The pool and hot tub area were very clean. Kids under 17 are not allowed in the hot tub. The security at the pool area was a little strict but that’s understandable. (At age 10 and 13, our girls would have just liked to dunk in the hot tub to warm up, but I understand younger kids could get rowdy and make it not very enjoyable for adults.) The condo itself was very comfortable, and was exactly as pictured. It was very clean when we arrived, and had clean towels and sheets provided. The only negatives were that several of the outlets didn’t work and the shower could use an update. However, the positives were much more! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Michael’s condo is much nicer than the photos - huge interior, perfect location! I’d just bring your own towels/sheets if you can since there’s no linen service and guests just launder on their own.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a fantastic location and very comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed my daily walk on the beach. Would definitely recommend. We hope to return!

We had a great family vacation at Anna’s house! The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep our party of 14, with a common area on each floor to hang out in. There were thoughtful additions to the house that made traveling with kids easier including board games, beach toys, bikes, and children’s books. Anna was an extremely responsive and proactive host who did a great job communicating information about the check in process, house amenities, and community facilities ahead of time. The house was a quick walk to the community pool which was also very nice, and an easy drive to many local attractions. Great stay overall.

10/10 recommend! Stayed here for my friends bachelorette party and was sad when we had to leave. Perfect spot for any retro themed party. Great spots to take pictures and lots of activities to keep busy. The decor was absolutely incredible and loved all the room themes; can’t wait to come back one day!

We stayed in Kayla’s for two months while house shopping and waiting for settlement. We were very comfortable there. Just the two of us and our very large lab. Very clean, very well equipped. Bed very comfortable. As was furniture.Good size baths, , very hot water. Easy to use security system easy access. Great location. Shopping just down the road. Restaurants too.5 stars on everything. Would very highly recommend .

Since this was the second time we have booked, it’s obvious we are true fans! The townhome is sparkling clean and lovingly maintained. Our elderly, mobility challenged family member says she felt like royalty, between the huge master suite and the elevator. Our host, Leigh, made sure we had extra items on hand to cook a holiday meal, including a turkey roaster and serving platter. There are lots of spaces for privacy, if needed, though we had a blast visiting, playing table games and taking chilly, wintry walks together. At any time of year, we highly recommend Leigh’s place for a family or group, especially if the added benefit of the elevator will make a difference.

Our stay at Sergui’s home was wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sergui was very friendly and prompt in his communication. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great time and Peter was very responsive with all my questions.

Typically there are always Pros and Cons when renting on AirBnB since it's not really your own space, but we had no Cons with this rental! Everything was as described and pictured. The space is very well furnished and decorated and free of clutter, which we were particularly glad for traveling with a toddler. The entire unit is on one level, which was nice since we were traveling with seniors. Everything from beach to groceries to restuarants are within a 10min drive.

From the minute I made my reservation, Paul was nothing but welcoming. He provided me with local events and well-rated restaurants to visit during my vacation. Upon arrival to his home there was an easy access number lock that was more than easy to use. Paul’s home comes fully equipped with all linens, toiletries and kitchenware. It’s comfortable to stay in and the people in the community were also very nice. His home is within easy walking access to the beach and has a garage full of all the beach necessities. At one instance during our stay the AC malfunctioned and Paul not only responded immediately but was able to fix the AC within a couple of hours. Overall, I never felt I needed anything while staying in his home; due to it being phenomenally stocked. It resides in a beautiful community and there is plenty to do while there. Whether you enjoy the beach, love to eat or love to shop. I 1000% recommend Paul’s home to others and would definitely stay in his home again.
