Peaceful and private. The bed was extra comfy and the stars super visible - heat more do you need. I was a little worried about the creek crossing but our normal. Low ish, sporty car had no problem crossing at all! We also appreciated the ample outdoor lighting when returning to the property at night.

We had a great weekend. Beautiful cabin and very cozy. We will be back!!

We loved staying at Jeremy’s place! It was so quiet and peaceful with lots of fun things to do for our little boy. The house was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was so much fun! Perfect place to get away and rest and enjoy as a family. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Banjos Cabin, and will definitely be back in the future. It is very comfortable and has good vibes. The location is just what I was looking for- not a soul in sight. It was very peaceful with the sound of the creek flowing by.

This mountain retreat provided a great space for our family to get together. We loved spending time out on the deck and taking in the incredible view, and the hot tub was an added bonus. We ate all our meals at the cabin, and the kitchen was well equipped to meet our needs. The drive to the top of the mountain takes a little bit of time, but the paved road most of the way makes it really manageable. I would definitely recommend this space for any family looking for a place to spend time together!

The cozy cabin is really well decorated and well stocked. It provided a private and peaceful mountain getaway for a married couple and our dog. I would recommend an AWD vehicle as you have to travel a mile down a gravel road with no cell reception to get there. Richard is a great host!

Nicole’s home was amazing. The view was incredible and the cabin was so cozy and peaceful - everything we were wanting for this trip. The kitchen had everything you could imagine and there were very thoughtful details left for us to enjoy. Nicole communicated so many details leading up to the trip and checked in during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The hot tub was a great perk and was clean and had the best view of the mountains. Nicole truly thought of everything to make this feel like your home away from home. It was so peaceful and serene. We will definitely be back! A huge thank you to Nicole for sharing her space with us.

Beautiful long weekend away at your family’s cabin. The home is well maintained with every possible touch and amenity easily accessible. Wifi was strong, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the wood included for the outdoor fire pit is a huge rental perk. The drive in and out of the neighborhood was so charming and the location to downtown west jefferson made the weekend so easy. We enjoyed the view of the river and our young son loved playing in it too! Great family rental, highly recommended.

Great stay! They were very responsive and answered our questions and concerns. Also were readily available to help with any issue we had. Great hosts and the cabin was stocked with enough supplies to where you only needed to buy the food you wanted to cook. Also a great place to stay with a dog. It was a great getaway very quiet and secluded. Would stay again!

Not our first time staying at one of Kim‘s properties, and it will definitely not be our last. The space provides a perfect respite and it is convenient to downtown West Jefferson.

Our family had a great weekend getaway at this cabin. One of the most well stocked places I’ve stayed at. Plenty of toiletries, cookware, dishes, etc etc. The cabin was very clean at check-in. Easy to use wood-stove, with a wood shed stacked floor to ceiling with tons of wood already cut to use. Host was very responsive. My daughter especially loved the multi player arcade game upstairs. VERY private and secluded location…. Most cabins I’ve stayed at promise privacy and seclusion and end up being very misleading- this one is what it says it is. Plenty of extra blankets if needed, beds were very comfy. Hot tub was enjoyable, grill on the deck worked very well, I have zero complaints. We will probably be booking this place again. If you’re looking for a true getaway with actual privacy and seclusion, this is the place to stay.

We loved our stay here. Absolutely beautiful location and the house had all the amenities that were promised. Lots of toys for the kids and games for adults. We would recommend this house to other guests :)

This is a good place to stay if you want to be away from it all. There is a lot of artwork and decorations on the walls which some people love but was a bit overwhelming for us as it felt cluttered. This is really a personality thing but there is a lot more artwork up than what is shown in the pictures. The porch was nice to sit on to relax in the quietness. There were other homes closer than I had realized from the pictures so it is not a secluded place but it was very quiet around.

Renee greeted us when we arrived. We were a little concerned about finding it because we arrived late in the evening. She turned lights on for us to make it easier. The space is clean and efficient. The giant windows are all spotless. We enjoyed looking at the trees and the clouds from the bed. It is very quiet and peaceful. It was a very beautiful area and the creek was tranquil. If we come again, we would make use of the fire pit/grill.

My husband, dog and myself loved staying at the cabin. In short, it’s comfortable, CLEAN, remote and perfect for primitive glamping. We are already planning to come once The Parkway is open again. It is a STEEP hill walking to cabin. And a bit of a drive on a gravel road to cabin. The neighbors are nice though! There are two cabins that share one fire pit and picnic table. It might be awkward to share camp fire especially if you’re primarily cooking over a fire. It was surprisingly not very buggy. We went in late October so maybe that’s why. Connectivity was no issue. We had full LTE service. I suggest bringing your own firewood. There is a lot of wood provided but because it was outside it was difficult to get going.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It gave us the Pluto connect with nature and had an amazing patio where we even did a little cookout. It was nice to sight see everything as you came down the mountain. We had a great stay.

Second time quilting at Sarah’s. You will not find a more beautiful setting, wonderful hostess, or perfect quilting cabin than this place. We will definitely be back.

My family had a wonderful time at the cabin. Barbara and Chris were very welcoming hosts and found something for each of my kids to be excited about. The setting is very peaceful and the cabin was just the right size for us. We were very close to Stone Mountain State Park and plenty of wineries. We will definitely be back
