You truly won’t find a more responsive and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and at home. The location is beautiful and is just like the pictures. The home had everything we needed, including extra phone chargers for those who forgot them. We had 8 adult women for a “girls getaway” and it was the right size for us. Plenty of room to be together and places to relax in smaller groups or have a rest away from the group. The view and the reviews are what made us reserve this home and we weren’t disappointed. Now it’s your turn to enjoy!

We really loved staying at Tiffany's house. We live in Seattle, but wanted to do a little get-away that's still close to the city, but quiet and quaint. Tiffany's house was perfect for this. The house is so modern, yet very posh and stylish with the thoughtful placement of the furniture and the beautiful original artworks. Tiffany was very accommodating , easy going, and communicative. We wanted to have a little Halloween gathering with some friends, and she was super helpful with our million questions we had to get the gathering ready. Street parking was plenty, and it's pretty close to the airport so it was easy for our guests from out of state to come stay with us. We were all in awe at how artistic her place is! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that's unique and cozy! We will be back!

This was a great place. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen basics. Great views, nice jacuzzi, easy to drive back to town. Still able to get food delivery if needed.

Description matches the real thing. This is a great spot with a great view close to local bars and restaurants. The interior is upscale, contemporary and clean. I will definitely rent again when I return to Tacoma. Beau Harlan

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

The house was the perfect fit for my baby shower. Alexa was responsive to any questions we had and a minor mishap. I highly recommend this house for a large gathering especially in beautiful surroundings. I cannot wait to come back during summer! The house was absolutely amazing and such a beautiful setting.

Amazing space. The bed was little Thin and small Very cozy inside with the fire warming up instantly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and I loved the 3 minute walk to the grocery store! The place was easy to find- I would suggest street parking because the both the alley and backyard is very tight and dim. Beds were super comfy, the place had alot of extra towels, and kitchen was stocked. The bathroom was fine, but the tub drain was pretty backed up and the shower knob was a bit difficult to navigate. Aside from the bathroom, I would book again.

Erin’s place is absolutely enchanting!! Communication was great, easy to find, easy to check in. The location is absolutely incredible, you feel like you’re floating when the tide comes in. The view is so pretty. The cottage is like a storybook. It is decorated perfectly and is so cozy. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds and linens were cozy and the electric fireplace was lovely. It is the perfect place to curl up and read with a hot beverage. Everything you could need is provided. A short drive from the ferry and to amazing restaurants in town. We had dinner at Gravy and it was outstanding! Can’t wait to come back and spend more time!! This place is a gem!!! One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed!
