This is a great space with beautiful views of the valley from practically every room. With a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, it has everything you need. I opted to cook most of my meals in this visit and really appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen supplies. They also kindly provided me some basics that I forgot like coffee! 😊 Very nice people. Responsive but not intrusive. The location is also good, very near town with all its amenities and the beach, while also tucked away and private.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Sand castle was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee, a cozy fireplace, great hot tub, made my stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lincoln city!

This place is so cute, and is exactly what the pictures show. The view was gorgeous. Very quiet and peaceful. It was very easy to find. We loved the shelf of goodies. Candy, popcorn, water bottles, medicine ( Tylenol ), t-shirts, and cute beach toys for the kiddos. We will definitely be staying here again! Very clean. Absolutely NO complaints!! Simply wonderful home literally in the middle of the sand dunes on the beach. Fantastic beach home and super communications with the owners. Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

What a delightful place to stay and restore yourself. The house was full of reminders that you are there to recharge and relax and can easily can do so with the amenities provided. The hot tub and ocean access were far beyond our expectations of creating a wonderful trip for our family. We will be back to visit in the future and letting our friends know of this hidden gem.

This is the second time we have stayed here and love it! Right on the beach to walk in the sand and amazing views. All the small details including soft blankets when it gets cool at night, fantastic bathroom and amenities, and the best beds we have had at any rental. It is new, clean, and private. Our favorite spot to stay in Florence!

My family and I decided to escape to the coast over Thanksgiving, and we were very happy to have Jerry’s place as home base for a couple of days. He is a friendly and responsive host, and the house is clean and welcoming, and stayed cozy during a cold snap. We cooked all our meals and had all the kitchen equipment we needed! Especially loved the views of the ocean, sunset, and birds from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (yes, lots of deer) and the beach access is just a quick few blocks away. We hope to stay here again!

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. The location is very walkable- only a block to the beach, a few minutes to Sea Level Bakery, and a few minutes more to the Fresh Foods grocery store. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and front porch. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely book again.

This home was in a wonderful location right by the beach. The house was updated and great for large families, children and pets. The amenities were updated and the beds were so comfortable. It had ample parking and was easy to find. The hosts were amazing and gave clear and simple directions and were always available for support. We definitely plan to come back again!

Everything was great, zero complaints. Comfortable place to sleep and rest after a long day of activities. Ocean view is a huge plus. We greatly enjoyed our weekend staying here and would come again.

Tricia's condo is my favorite place to stay at the beach. The view is spectacular! There is just a short walk to the beach. The condo is a sweet little get away with everything you need for your stay.

This space was cozy and comfortable. You can see the ocean view from the couch, and from one of the bedrooms — which was so beautiful and calm. Angela’s space was equipped for cooking, and we prepared all of our meals in the Airbnb. It was quiet and felt private, despite being part of a complex.. and myself + fiancée + our two pups felt right at home. The deck area was great for our dog to lounge outside while we cooked. Overall, it was a great, secluded feeling stay, and we will definitely book again.

My stay at Bayside was wonderful all around. Nick and Celine were very proactive and made sure I had all the information I needed. The condo was comfortable and a nice convenient place to stay. It was relaxing and easy. Check in was simple and I had no issues at all.

We had a great stay . The condo was clean and well equipped. It has a wonderful view of the ocean as it is on the 5th floor. We did not use the balcony because of the weather, but would take advantage of it in the spring or summer. Definitely would stay there again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time at Kimberly's place. The locations was fabulous, the rooms were clean, bright and happy and the ocean view was outstanding. We will look forward to coming again next year as we continue to try to find a glass float.
