We love this place, it is very cute and cozy, we love the interior design. The sauna was amazing and the projector in front of the bed was perfect for late night movies. Noah and Kari were very nice and accommodating. It’s in a very good location and not too far to get to the city. If I ever visit Portland again I would 100% try to stay here again!

Lovely little sauna that heated up quick! And convenient shower was clean with lots of options for body wash. It was a great little place for our one night stay. :)

This is an ideal spot for visiting Corvallis- walkable and likeable. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ellen was extremely friendly and helpful. She proactively communicated to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend the property and the hosts.

We had an amazing stay here. It was in a good location for lots of Portland, had plenty of amenities, and Mary was just the nicest host. She was very proactive and communicative and was wonderful to meet. Overall, I could only talk about good things, there simply was nothing bad about this one!

Very nice place that I would 100% consider staying at again. Use of the sauna was more than ideal and when I needed to all info needed was prompt and responsive. Clean area, snow day made for beautiful scenery among small downtown scene.

Every time I come to Portland, I make sure I can get the Cozy Craftsman. I love how it feels remote and it's peaceful and serene at night.

Great house and layout for our group. Well executed Forestry Department concept. Loved the fire pit, sauna and tasteful decor. Visited nearby trails at Miller Woods and enjoyed walking into town! Thank you!

Tim is super friendly and helpful in the extreme. There was nothing missing and they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible for enjoying our family for which we were grateful. It is a basement apartment space with the owners living above so perhaps be aware of that. There are large windows with a great view so it doesn’t feel much like a basement. We only point it out so future tenants aren’t surprised like we were. The hosts are wonderful and if you prefer a hosted place you should seriously consider this one.

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s cabin. The location is very serene. About 20-30 minutes to Ski Bowl depending on traffic, but in a very quiet neighborhood. The house itself is well set-up for a group. The couches are comfortable and it’s a nice space to hang out in. The beds are soft and comfortable, too. The sauna was a group favorite and the hot tub was clean and a nice treat after skiing. If you’re staying with ten people, I might recommend bringing extra towels as there are exactly ten. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next winter.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was super nice and modern, and it made our stay truly memorable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up—it ticked all the boxes for what we could’ve asked for. We LOVED staying here and will definitely return. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The sauna was easy to use and worked great. Paired with the outdoor shower, robes and sandals, the whole experience felt like a private spa (we didn't even use the hot tub or outdoor soaking tub - next time!). The option of shopping from the owner's private collection of vintage clothing was a crazy-fun and unexpected perk. Great album collection and modern turn table that also had a Bluetooth option. Comfy beds with high quality linens. Well-appointed kitchen, though we didn't use it much because there are so many great restaurants nearby. The healthy plants are a good indication of how much love and care goes into making this a great place to stay. The house feels like a private, cozy retreat where you can get warm and dry and sleep deeply before heading back out for some fun in Portland.

I Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was gorgeous, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing, making the experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly nice and very responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

This was our group's second year visiting The Playground and we've had a lovely experience both years. Everyone who attends talks about how cool the house is and how much fun they had enjoying all the amenities. Stephan and Lisa are really great to work with—they've been so flexible and communicative with me in all our interactions, from booking to recovering left-behind items! We plan to visit again next year!
