Gorgeous and Comfy home sitting above Netarts Bay.

I usually opt for oceanfront stays but I will 100% be back to this lovely home in Netarts. I prefer quiet beach towns. This home had personal touches everywhere- music playing upon entry, salt water taffy on the counter, family artwork, fresh extra seasonings and ingredients for meals that I would typically never touch, but care and safety is taken here to enjoy them. When I am on vacation, I also appreciate a good nights sleep. Easy to come by here due to comfortable beds, nice showers and fresh towels. We enjoyed our stay with another couple and there was plenty of room for four and would feel comfortable with six as well. If you travel with kids, it is a kid friendly home but didn’t get in the way of our adult vacation. Private and sunny backyard with a fire pit and stocked wood. Beautifully landscaped front yard if you prefer sitting around another fire pit. The house was wonderful and exactly as described. Lovely river views and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t recommend more.

The host was accommodating to our stay ! The place was perfect in every aspect along with amazing views from the home as well as the hot tub . Sitting in the hot tub watching the waves was the highlight of our trip we will definitely be staying here again. This home is highly recommended by me. My friend also asked for Tina’s information so he could bring his family. Thank you !

Surfer Girl - Like new & white water ocean views !

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time at Gary's place. Everything was clean and nice, and the views stunning. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms updated and with roomy counter space, and just the overall layout of the place made for an easy and super nice place to hang out. We hope to be back.

My husband and I spent a week with our two dogs here, and had an absolutely great time. This was their first time visiting the beach, and having an access point so close to the Airbnb was really nice. The space itself was very clean and had a nice cozy feel, we would stay again!

Estuary Escape

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah's Estuary Escape. Loved the front porch and the view, loved the high ceilings and great room (kitchen and living room space combined), the large kitchen island, the big (and seemed new) couch situation for lounging, watching movies, and games. Beds & bedding were top notch and really comfortable. The Tierra del Mar beach was great, uncrowded, and only about a mile away. (and the famous bunnies!) Loved the firepit and grandson loved the tree swing. All in all , it's a great place - highly recommend.

Sandy and Scott's home was amazing. Easily one of the best beach front locations in Neskowin. Extremely private even with the shared wall. The hot tub was hot and very clean. The finishing touches in their home were all noticeable. Kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures were all a cut above. Would love to spend more time back here.

An excellent stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. the bed was especially comfy with enough pillows for my liking! Kitchen had all we needed. an easy, short walk to the ocean and proposal Rock. The unit had picnicking & Beach supplies and stuff for the dogs as well. for animal lovers: There was a visiting elephant seal in the water behind the unit that we could see from the patio which was a treat to see.

Great Cabin- Heart Of Wine Country!

Beautiful location. It was an amazing and peaceful feeling to wake up and have coffee on the deck overlooking Beacon Hill's vineyards. And, the complimentary bottle of Pinot Noir was a nice touch, not to mention delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING! The place was even better than expected, a very private place with beautiful views and such a unique place. We loved the wooden structure and a beautiful kitchen with pristine appliances! The place was super clean and the provided amenities (robes, slippers, etc.) were a great touch to the place. Would definitely recommend and if we’re ever back we would love to book again!

We have a large family with lots of littles <2 years old. The Blue Whale property was spacious and VERY kid friendly. So many rooms with attached baths was amazing. Easily walkable to the beach and had beautiful views. As a grieving family being together for important anniversaries is how we survive. Jessica was exceedingly kind, responsive, had great recommendations for small children and let her property feel like a home for the time we were there. Would absolutely rent again.

Royce's house is exceptionally well equipped and well furnished. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and excellently maintained. It's great for large groups because nearly every bedroom has its own private bathroom. It has a wide variety of kitchen gear and supplies, two full-size washers and dryers, fun additions (hot tub, pool table, karaoke machine, lots of games, etc.), a large communal space (kitchen, living room, dining room), and plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

The kitchen and backyard leading up to the river was amazing. Lots of open space which helped us feel comfortable and settle right in. Older home but maintained well.
