The place was clean, lovely, and quiet. A 45 min drive to Williamsburg. Lots of natural light. My kids loved the porch-like sunroom (like a screened-in porch but with walls) in the back of the house with the rainbow filtered windows that created little rainbow coloring on the floor when the sunlight shone through. The beds are tall, so we put the dining room chairs around the side of the bed our 3 yr old slept in as a makeshift railing for safety. If you usually sleep with blackout curtains, I recommend bringing a sleepmask as the sunlight pours in in the mornings. The snack basket, card, and coffee were great touches! We also played some of the games there. Would definitely recommend a stay!

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

Kate’s place was perfect for our family’s first trip to Norfolk! The beach is literally less than a 5 minute walk away. Her home is adorable and her neighbors are the sweetest people! My kids loved their little dog. We felt very comfortable in the house — very nice neighborhood and the home had everything we needed! We were very close to downtown as well. We will definitely be coming back if we make it back to Norfolk! Thank you Kate!

My husband and I booked this for our wedding anniversary mini getaway and we absolutely are so glad we did. Scorno was absolutely on top of everything and even gave us some amaizing reccomendations of restaurants. the home was so beautiful and absolutely clean. we even traveled with our fur babies and they felt very at home. I 100% plan on coming back here. 10/10 experience.

I went to Deltaville to work on my boat and Tom's place Is a cozy place to come home to at night. We'll be coming back again soon.

We were so happy for her beautiful place. Unfortunately, it was too far from Virginia Beach. Of course thats my fault 😒 I don't know the area. But if i needed to stay in Newport News, I would choose Gwen's place.

Catherine’s home was the perfect place for our sister’s weekend. It was easy to find, warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was stunning. Close to the river, the park, The Maritime Museum, and the CNU campus. The fully stocked kitchen and charming family room was a wonderful place for us to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Catherine thought of every detail to make our stay relaxing and peaceful. There were many wonderful memories made this weekend. We look forward to staying again!

The location was great for the getaway my hubby and I was searching for. However,Leo could have been more flexible with the check- in. My husband and I wanted to check- in to drop off our things before attending an event him and I was scheduled to speak at and afterwards celebrate his 75th birthday but Leo made it perfectly clear anytime after 3pm. To avoid confusion I complied. I think moving forward flexibility is imperative for many especially for my husband and I. We are both pastors and often attends a lot of engagements and we both just wanted to relax before the engagement and was denied. Other than that everything was good.

The place was better than we even imaged! We had such a wonderful vacation. So much space and in an excellent location. Everyone was very helpful and check in was easy. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

Easy and convenient. Nicholas is a responsive and helpful host. As stated in the listing, pictures may not reflect the actual unit you stay in but wow was the place spacious, comfortable, and super clean. Location to get to Colonial Williamsburg can't be beat, and when traveling with families for days at a time, having washer and dryer in the unit is unbeatable. When it was time to check out, my kids even asked if we could stay another night!

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a weekend to visit Busch Gardens. Property was great, Bianka was very responsive and the unit we had was extremely spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again, lots to do at this resort and it felt like a neighborhood rather than resort.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

Anthony’s home was perfect for our Galentines Weekend! Walking into the place was even more of a surprise compared to the pictures. The location is great and conveniently located. The only recommendation I have is to figure out a way to turn down the hot water as it was VERY hot. I wouldn’t want anyone to be scalded. I would love to return to this property in the future. We were a group of three couples who wanted our own bedroom and private bathroom to retreat to after enjoying busy days and evenings around Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the location of Kingsmill and all of the spacious condo amenities!

We had guests coming into town and needed a place for them last minute. Zoe's place was perfect- plenty of space for 6 adults. Good location, easy to get to. Worked out great and our guests raved!

We stayed here while in town for work. It was very peaceful and clean, and the staff very friendly. All that being said, it was a great place to feel at home while on vacation, surrounded by tons of food & shopping and close to many more.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Roshana's place! From the moment we arrived, Roshana made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation was exactly as described, if not better. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Roshana went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Communication with Roshana was seamless. She was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. I truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying at Roshana's place if you're visiting Norfolk. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Sarah was a great host…enormously accommodating and flexible. We all had a wonderful stay in a unique home. We would highly recommend Sarah’s place…and make sure that you go to Kiptopeke state park and see the cement ships!!!!
