Such a beautiful spot to stay in Jerome! Quaint little porch to watch the people and the cars come and go. Hosts were kind and communicative. Place matched the description, and I would definitely stay again!

Had a quick stopover in Prescott. Only booked for the night. Place was clean and easy to find and was within walki g distance of Downtown Prescott. Will definitely book again in tye future

Cute place, great location. Great restaurants walking distance. With the hotel lights outside the windows, it wasn't too dark in the bedroom.

The stay was very nice! Particularly the things I was worried about was the heat and the hot water when visiting because we were hiking in the snow all day but the water was so hot and the ac was so easy to work. The laundry was nice to have and so was the fridge. Bummer it did not have a freezer but we knew that when we booked it. It is 5-10 minutes from west Sedona which was nice to have stores close by. I would stay here again! Felt like going home after a long hiking day!

We were there for just a very short time, but the place was comfortable with many things we needed for putting together our meals.

Martin’s place was actually even better than the photos! Seriously the bedroom is gorgeous! AND the bath tub is really more of a spa experience! We opted out of hot springs visit because of the weather and spent the afternoon soaking in the tub! Every aspect of this experience was lovely! Oh and my husband says the towels were extra thick and the water pressure was great!

Most beautiful home!!! It’s everything it appears in the photos and everything they described it as! The communication with them was instant when we had a question, and the way the house was labeled for uses of everything from the tv to the coffee maker was amazingly easy to use! They even had a very neat “welcome guide” that had local options for food and entertainment,,,,,,,we won’t wait to return to this house………And EVERYTHING IS LIKE BRAND NEW AND BEAUTIFUL

We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Would gladly stay again if we are in Camp Verde.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean and new! Fantastic kitchen, dining and living room area for hanging out and relaxing! Within about 15 minutes of anything in Cottonwood.

I rented the place to hold a manager meeting with 6 of my managers so we could work during the day and they could enjoy Prescott in the evening. She allowed us to check in a little early, house was perfect, clean, and very close to downtown, thanks. I may just make it an annual event!

There was a lot of amenities and a golf course. We enjoyed our stay.

The building is really cool! We were offered an early check in, which was nice. We had a little problem logging into Netflix and the host responded literally within 30 seconds. Awesome stay!

This was a great spot for a weekend away in Prescott! It was our first trip to this cute town and it was fantastic being able to walk into town and we had so much space in this wonderful apartment! Hoping this place is available for our next stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We have a dog and took advantage of a really nice set of trails that are five minutes away (in addition to the endless array of trails within driving distance). Chris and Jen were very communicative, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Parking was also very convenient and included guest spots for visitors.
