We loved our stay so much! Beautiful scenery, quiet, and clean. Lyza was very responsive and the house looked just like the pictures. We definitely recommend staying at The Cottage!!

We loved the cottage feel and felt so cozy there! Beds were so comfortable and it was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come fix the lock mechanism right away. We really appreciated a place where our dog was welcome. The hosts were friendly and so helpful. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. It’s a beautiful area, and we were able to walk to downtown for the festival. We hope to stay here again!

House was very clean with plenty of space. Karen was very responsive and we appreciated the flexibility with a delayed check out.

This airbnb was fantastic! This was my parents first time staying in an airbnb and they are now insisting they only stay at this home when they come to visit the Nashville area! The home was well stocked upon arrival and everything was labeled helpfully- including light switches, outlets, remotes, etc.

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

Great home for a small family! Having a private bathroom in each bedroom was GREAT. Location was a bit further from Nashville than we anticipated, but that's on us for not being more familiar with the area. The home was private and quiet, despite the thunderstorms and tornado alarms the first few nights! Susan made sure to let us know where the flashlight was located just in case. I appreciated her thinking of us during that wild weather. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week-long stay. The beds were comfortable, and my son loved the jet tub! Bonus having laundry on site. One less thing for mama to do when we get back home! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this beautiful spacious house and it was in a perfect location for us to walk to where we needed to be, despite the very inclement weather. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the outside area but it would be lovely on a sunny day. Very well equipped kitchen, although we only used it to make tea and toast. The host was v accommodating of our check out request.

Thank you to Lynda and Jennifer for taking such wonderful care of the House of Lyrics, which perfectly met our needs. The cleanliness and the effort it takes to keep this house in an impeccable state is not easy. We greatly appreciated the beautiful toiletries, soft linens, cozy blankets, and plush pillows that made our stay so restful. We will absolutely return and stay nowhere else. Truly the best spot for a restorative getaway.

I was in town for a family emergency and had to message asking if I could check in a day early. Not only was it approved by the hosts but when I got there, they had left flowers in a vase and a sympathy card for me. it was very touching. The coffee they provided was delicious. The unit was amazing. I would sit outside in the morning and have coffee and watch the wildlife. I would highly recommend staying give here if you are in Spring Hill, TN and I will stay again myself.

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

Wonderful time, kids loved the play area, it was a beautiful drive, and we loved the setup. The host was lovely and we felt very comfortable there. We would recommend this place to others!

The Farm is absolutely amazing! Tina and her family were very hospitable and welcoming. We loved spending time with the animals and waking up everyday to gorgeous views. The location is perfect to all things that you want to see. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back to visit again.

I had a great stay at Meagan’s place in downtown Franklin. The house is in a perfect, walkable location with easy access to great coffee shops and restaurants. Meagan was a super gracious and thoughtful host—highly recommend!

Place is outstanding. In a great area with much to do and has great views. Host is responsive, provides great recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Jared is an awesome host! We loved the cabin. It’s very secluded with great views. Very steep driveway but our vehicle handled it just fine. Deer come right up to the back patio! We took advantage of the acreage and did a lot of walking with our dogs it’s a great place to stay.

Great spot for 7-10 adults. Would stay here again. Road is a little are to navigate at night, but property itself is excellent.

This place is awesome. My only wish was we had more time here. In town for a HS baseball tournament and the team was staying at a house near by. Late check in early check out. Its rustic, but clean and has everytrhing you need. Cool decorations, and some neat history and quotes on the walls. Shower and bathroom were great, kitchen has what you need, including a little coffee bar. Stuart suggested returning with some more time to just sit on the front porch and listen. Thats great advice. I really hope to do that soon. If you are traveling to Nashville or surrounding areas that are busy, do yourself a favor and plan a few nights here and relax a little.

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin during our Thanksgiving holiday! The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything our family needed to feel right at home. Tammi went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect. She also treated us to some delicious goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch! The space itself was lovely—charming decor, cozy atmosphere, and all the resort-like amenities made our stay feel extra special. The property was peaceful and serene, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway. We truly felt spoiled and appreciated every moment of our stay. We can't wait to return to the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

The house was beautiful and had everything you’d need. My family had a wonderful time. The outdoor space around the house is great for kids. It felt very private. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place for four couples, everyone had their own room with plenty of space, one couple with a baby had the whole basement to spread out but the bedroom itself definitely had enough room as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, glassware etc. Good enough proximity to Franklin downtown and stores. Can hear main road but it is elevated and far back from it, very private.

Gorgeous cabin getaway sitting literally in the forest. Had many cute tranquil spots to view nature outside. The two decks were amazing! Gorgeous downstairs master suite! Nice scenic drive to Franklin!

The mountain high cabin was stunning. Everything was nice and clean. The decor and feeling of the cabin was so inviting as well as cozy. We'd recommend this place to anyone. Chanin is fast to respond, very helpful & polite. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON. We absolutely loved this cabin.
