Really enjoyed my time in Spring Hill and I’m super thankful to have been able to call this my home during my stay!

This was our first Airbnb stay and I have to say if they are all this great, I’ll definitely do it again. This place has everything you need for an easy stay. Plenty of room and super clean. The bed linens were freshly laundered and smelled wonderful! And I love the labeling of where everything belongs plus the book that maintains images and instructions for everything. Highly recommend this place!

This is the perfect Nashville Airbnb!! We absolutely loved our stay here. Fran and Fi are so attentive and the home is better equipped than my own home! Beautiful, private lot. Lots of parking. 5 mins to downtown Franklin. Can't wait to return!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Blown away by how beautiful and peaceful the farm was. The pasture with animals was a highlight, and I even had the chance to pet their friendly horse, which was such a special experience. One of the best parts was that they allowed me to bring my two large dogs, which is so rare to find and truly appreciated. The farm home was stunning – immaculate with spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for a comfortable/relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, feeling like home away from home. Jasmine, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. There was an issue with the hot tub instructions and temp, but Jasmine was very proactive in trying to resolve the issue and ensured that it would be corrected for future guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene, welcoming getaway. 5 stars all the way!

We had a great experience staying at Jackson's place while in town for Pilgrimage Festival. It is close to two grocery stores and a relatively quick drive to downtown and the festival. It was nice to come back and relax in the house after a long day and greet to have plenty of space for all of us to enjoy.

Our group, two elderly mamas and daughters had an amazing time. Questions asked were answered quickly and offered us an early check in for one of the mamas who needed to rest instead of shop. The living space was cozy and beds were heavenly. Kitchen was well equipped and table area nice for meals and playing cards. We enjoyed watching a movie in the movie room as it was cozy. Loved the cute neighborhood. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

This house was super clean and inviting. It was the perfect spot for us to stay with our family. Our host was very responsive to anything we asked about. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors . We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean, comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, hot shower was great, bed was comfortable. Felt very private and secure. Had great outdoor lighting so I could see to enter door access code easily. I knew I could get in touch with Elaine easily but did not need anything. Check in and check out was very easy!

Derek & Tara were terrific!!! They were there to show you how to use everything in the rental and if you needed anything they quickly helped. I rented the airbnb for my mother and her fiancé. They absolutely loved the place. Derek and Tara had everything that you would need for your stay. It is a very cozy, warm and inviting rental. Very convenient location to 65. My mother already ask if I could rent Derek and Tara’s place the next time they come to town. And it was a fantastic price for what you get. Highly recommend !!!!

Place is outstanding. In a great area with much to do and has great views. Host is responsive, provides great recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Emma’s place. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Loved the balcony as well. Plus her dogs were very cute! Emma was also very friendly. Great stay for the price. Would stay again when visiting the area! Emma also allowed us to check in early which was amazing after a long 9 hour drive!

Great location for a peaceful weekend. Quick drive to historic Franklin with lots of shops and restaurants. Cozy apartment.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐
