We had a great stay - the house was spotless and location was very quiet and peaceful. Jennifer was a great host as well - we experienced an issue with the pool heater and she was super attentive and got it quickly fixed and resolved for us. Was a great airbnb experience for us all around.

Joel and his family were wonderful to deal with. I had my parents staying in town for 4 weeks so we rented this cozy little spot near my own home and close to downtown Franklin. It was perfectly nestled right outside downtown across from our favorite park, Pinkerton. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and Joel had strong communication with some of the things that popped up in our 4 week stay. I highly recommend you rent this unit and am grateful to have found it!

My three sons and myself stayed in this house August 10th through the 16th. We found it on the Airbnb website, and we were very impressed looking at the pictures, so we booked it. The pictures do not do this house justice. This place is amazing. It has every comfort of home. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us and could easily still be as comfortable for 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you would need. We found ourselves in the amazing pool in the evenings and then in the screened in deck at night. If you are one of those people who like to give the place a quick cleaning before you settle in don’t bother. This place is clean. We also loved Franklin. Far not too far from Nashville and the airport. Plenty of great restaurants around too. I did not get to meet Jill who is the host, but she was always a text away and quickly responded with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this house enough! Thanks Jill for a great week!!

Beautiful house super close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to Nashville. Modern amenities and comfy beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Nice pool and hot tub on site and Karen is very friendly. Nice QUIET place to stay and not much of a drive really anywhere.

I chose this BnB because of the location but also because of the extras that some others didn’t include. I cancelled my first booking at a different location for this trip because I realized it didn’t include bathroom towels, washcloths, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. I quickly realized I needed more out of my choice. This BnB not only provided these items (so I didn’t have to pack them in my suitcase), but it was in a beautiful location and was impeccably clean, especially all items in the kitchen cabinets. What a great stay!

This was our first Airbnb stay and I have to say if they are all this great, I’ll definitely do it again. This place has everything you need for an easy stay. Plenty of room and super clean. The bed linens were freshly laundered and smelled wonderful! And I love the labeling of where everything belongs plus the book that maintains images and instructions for everything. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Rebekah’s place! It was spotless with lots of little luxurious touches and check-in was easy. We have family in Franklin and the location was great for that.

We were here for over a month with our two young kids and felt very much at home! Being walking distance from Harlinsdale and The Factory is really unbeatable! House is great. Location is next level amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house. The surroundings and view are beautiful. Perfect spot for a getaway. Highly recommend!

Our stay was just as expected. Pictures and description were consistent and there were even small toys and books for our toddler. Coco was extremely responsive, even through the extreme weather that we unexpectedly endured.

We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever have an opportunity to return to the Spring Hill area. Everything we needed was provided for our week long stay. It was a work trip so we didnt get to take advantage of great things to do, but Sheri had provided a terrific list of things we could have done in her notebook she offers her guests. We were within 5 to 10 minutes of all our work destinations and within that circle were many restaurants to choose from. Two of our favorites were the newly opened Aubreys and El Mocaljetes Mexican.

Our stay at Seward Hall, an enchanting Airbnb house built in the 1800s, was simply delightful! The house was in immaculate shape, beautifully preserving its historic charm while providing modern comforts. With ample space for our group of five, we found everything we needed right at our fingertips. The amenities were fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. A highlight of our visit was spotting five deer gracefully roaming in the front yard, adding a magical touch to our experience. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Seward Hall to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway!

This house was better than the photos. We felt really comfortable. The linens were great and the spaces were extremely clean. So many bathrooms! We stayed here for a wedding and the set up was perfect for our family. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going into Franklin, but make sure you rent a car because things are really spread out in the area

Charming home with modern rustic style that made it warm and comfortable. Property was very picturesque and made for a wonderful family gathering and beautiful photos. Would definitely stay again.

Host is very hospitable, quick to respond and addresses any questions or concerns one might have. Home is comfortable, very clean, and up to date in decor. Everything we might need is provided. Thank you for offering such a nice place to stay convenient to downtown and The Factory.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Blown away by how beautiful and peaceful the farm was. The pasture with animals was a highlight, and I even had the chance to pet their friendly horse, which was such a special experience. One of the best parts was that they allowed me to bring my two large dogs, which is so rare to find and truly appreciated. The farm home was stunning – immaculate with spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for a comfortable/relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, feeling like home away from home. Jasmine, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. There was an issue with the hot tub instructions and temp, but Jasmine was very proactive in trying to resolve the issue and ensured that it would be corrected for future guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene, welcoming getaway. 5 stars all the way!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this beautiful spacious house and it was in a perfect location for us to walk to where we needed to be, despite the very inclement weather. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the outside area but it would be lovely on a sunny day. Very well equipped kitchen, although we only used it to make tea and toast. The host was v accommodating of our check out request.
