Everything was exactly as described and the property is spacious and beautiful. Great back yard and deck, comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed and living area is open and spacious for a family. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay in a perfect location for walking to downtown and enjoying all that Franklin has to offer . Accommodating hostess who provided all that was needed. Friendly kitty visited on the outside steps and enjoyed an occasional belly rub . Highly recommend and would love to return .

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

Gail was a pleasure to communicate with. The place was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Horses across from the street was an added experience for my son. Would reccomend to anyone who wants a getaway in TN.

Clean and simple living spaces, peaceful neighborhood, easy access to downtown Franklin. Very pleased with entire experience and would definitely book again.

Liz was kind enough to host my mom and her 3 besties celebrating 30 years of friendship! The home matched the picture description exactly! As others mentioned, it was very clean and had plenty of times to use for a comfortable stay! They loved that it was a one level home with plenty of space for them to lounge and enjoy each other. Grocery stores and some eateries were close by. About 10 minutes to major interstate but nestled in a quiet neighborhood! We’d love to use Liz’s home again!

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

This cozy loft was amazing to stay in, and we felt right at home. The location couldn't have been better, only a few minutes walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again!

The Mansion in Brentwood was a great reprieve from the noise and bustling activity of Nashville. It was like a home away from home. Our son enjoyed having his own bedroom!

I had a great stay at Meagan’s place in downtown Franklin. The house is in a perfect, walkable location with easy access to great coffee shops and restaurants. Meagan was a super gracious and thoughtful host—highly recommend!

Edy and her husband were wonderful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our long weekend get-a-way. Close to restaurants, hiking, parks and distilleries. We especially enjoyed sitting on their beautiful back patio with a glass of wine and a book. Edy and her husband are one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Nice place to stay, enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, we had a severe storm/tornado warning on our last night. Judy kept us informed and it was a very safe space to stay with no worries, except for hearing the sirens warning system going off! Thanks again for a great stay. Gary and Janice

We loved staying at Iain and Peggy’s home. They helped with everything we needed and the home was wonderful to stay in. Classy, beautiful, and homey are just few words to describe it. Downtown Franklin is also close by, only a few minutes to get there by car. I can’t recommend this place enough and if I ever visit Tennessee, I would love to book another stay.

Unfortunately I was sick with a nasty respiratory virus when we traveled down. I felt so comfortable at Rebecca's, it was very homey and I slept great there and fortunately felt much better. The hockey rinks we had to go to were close by, it was the perfect location.

I felt like home at Sandra’s place. She just hosted me as if i was part of her family.

Gyula’s condo is very well appointed, with great kitchen utensils, comfortable bedding and is very convenient to downtown Franklin and Cool Springs. A nice jar of Ghiradelli chocolates awaited us on arrival .There’s a lovely park nearby for walks.We stayed there for 2 months while visiting family in the area. It is a second floor unit with outside metal stairs access. Gyula was very responsive to our questions.

I loved staying at this location. The host is very informative and friendly, it was clean and has a Starbucks right next door. It’s on the second floor which usually isn’t my preference but it was a nice, quiet, lovely stay. Michael was very proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. I loved staying here!
