Our yearly girls trip came from NC to Kentucky to visit the Ark, Kentucky Derby and the Creation Museum. This property was perfect for our group! House is super cute, really fresh and inviting and tastefully decorated! We felt right at home! Highly recommend 💕

This was a great place to stay. Justin was very helpful and accommodating.

Every detail was as described. The place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and then some. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with clean towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms were cozy and had extra blankets. To top it off, the view is very nice. We would recommend this place.

Rickie was very responsive. This place was amazing for our short family getaway. It fit our family of five perfectly. Short trip to the arc and other attractions in the area. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

This place was super cozy and perfect for a weekend vacation. The pictures of the lake and docks don’t do it justice. Our host however did not mention the cleaning responsibilities we had until the day before check out. This resulted in a scramble to get everything together before check out and a $100 additional cleaning fee. Other than that all was smooth!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean Air BnB. The Ark Encounter is a short drive away. We enjoyed our sandwiches from Browning's Country Ham and Ice Cream from Ella Mae's Sundaes in the lower level. Our host was friendly...

This was our 3rd stay at Christian’s place. It’s perfect for us when visiting family and so much more comfortable than a hotel. Super comfortable master bedroom !

The duplex was clean, well equipped, & had comfortable beds. Anna’s Neighbor is located in a quiet neighborhood & 10 minutes from the Ark with close access to the freeway. There is a Walmart, Starbucks, LaRosa’s Pizza & the Bean Cafe close to the Airbnb. We will probably return in the future.

This was our second experience staying with this host. Last time we stayed in a different unit and it was terrific. This time was no different, extremely clean, well organized well labeled, everything functioned beautifully. We loved the view over the lake and we felt very warmly welcomed by the host. The closing instructions were simple and feedback from the host was usually within a minute or two of our original posting. We would definitely go back to this property in the future and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Bobbie!

Our stay was perfect for attending a UC basketball game.

We enjoyed our stay at Sharon's immaculate place. It was away from the city but close enough that if you wanted to venture into Cincinnati it was not a far or difficult drive. You will need a car. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. If you like to walk. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here during a business trip. We absolutely loved staying here! Donny was very responsive, the home was clean, so cute, and had a beautiful lake view. We would highly recommend staying at this location. The dirt road can be a little treacherous for those that are not used to driving on dirt roads, but we felt right at home!

We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

One of the best Air Bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! Quiet neighborhood near everything we wanted to see and needed to pick up. Spacious and super clean. Wish we had more time to take a walk around the lake on the trail, but we had a long drive back. Very lovely place!

Cozy happy cottage along the river ideal for outdoor activities. Under A 10 minute drive to the Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key Distillary and a must goto restaurant name the Stave.

We chose The Guest House based on its proximity to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We were pleasantly surprised that the location had plenty of other nearby activities. The home was an easy drive to great restaurants, parks, outdoor activities and city life in Indiana and Ohio. The amenities onsite were extensive: kayaks and more to enjoy the lake, a pool and patio, outdoor games and areas to relax, indoor games, movies and all the practical kitchen and laundry supplies just like home. Tonya was a responsive and caring host. She even let us know when a thunderstorm was expected during our stay. We highly recommend Tonya's guest house and would be glad to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! Tracy was SUPER helpful and answered questions quickly! We loved having fires down on the dock and my husband did a little fishing! It was great to site out in the screened in patio and watch tv! One thing I will mention is that the TVs are smart TVs and that required us to sign in to our Netflix and ESPN accounts to be able to watch anything. Totally not a big deal for us but for people with cable at home it’s something to think about. Other than that, the size of the beds was a small issue but we made it work! The place was stunning and just as described! Amazing weekend getaway ❤️
