We stayed at Julie's place while visiting the Arc Encounter. It was the perfect place to come relax after the encounter. We enjoyed the cleanliness, tons of fresh towels, the hot tub and the coffee, hot cocoa and tea selection. The location was close to local restaurants that we enjoyed. Every room in the home had it's own theme and I so enjoyed the decor and the gentle reminders of love throughout. The furniture was so comfy and we played family games our first night. It was worth the investment

Our family of 5 had a great time. The house is perfect for a family. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable, and lots of games to choose from in the house. We enjoyed the quick drive to the Ark Encounter and the Cincinnati Zoo. The home is peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very responsive and proactive. There was an issue with the dishwasher before we arrived. She let me know and provided all paper goods necessary for us while we were there. Everything you need for a trip away is provided in the home. We would stay again!

This was a great place to stay. Justin was very helpful and accommodating.

Every detail was as described. The place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and then some. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with clean towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms were cozy and had extra blankets. To top it off, the view is very nice. We would recommend this place.

Rickie is friendly and a wonderful communicator who is easy to work with. The home was very clean, well put together, and had all the comforts of home. We loved the view of the lake and can’t wait to visit in warmer weather to take advantage of the lake amenities. Great restaurants close by and plenty to do within minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The host was very helpful and responsive. House was very spacious and clean with very nice decor. The bottom level with the kids room was decorated so cute and they had a blast in their room with bunks! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit the Ark Encounter (7 minute drive away) or the Creation Museum which was only approximately 43-45 minutes away.

The river view apartment in New Richmond was absolutely stunning. The host was super kind and even came right over to help us work the fireplace. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The place was very clean and it looked just like the photos. The house and kitchen were well appointed. It is close to the ARK Encounter, literally within 10 minutes. A wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the area.

This was our second experience staying with this host. Last time we stayed in a different unit and it was terrific. This time was no different, extremely clean, well organized well labeled, everything functioned beautifully. We loved the view over the lake and we felt very warmly welcomed by the host. The closing instructions were simple and feedback from the host was usually within a minute or two of our original posting. We would definitely go back to this property in the future and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Bobbie!

What a wonderful place! The amenities were perfect. I loved the art work an decor. Bobbie has fine taste in interior design with furniture, artwork down to the lampshades. Thank you for providing a comfy,stylish place to stay away from home. Want to return.

This place is so cute — tastefully lake themed. The outdoor space is phenomenal. Everything was there, accessible and spotless. My only thought is to be mindful of the actual size of the house. It “sleeps” 5, but that would be crowded. The pictures are accurate, but they do make the space appear bigger. Having said that, I would come back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to friends and family. Gorgeous spot and excellent host. Thanks!

We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

This stay was everything we hoped it would be! Chris & Jen were very responsive when we had a few small questions. We picked this place because of the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum.

I would have given this place so much more than five stars ⭐️ if I could.The guest house was tremendously clean and I really appreciate that. Tonya definitely made our family feel special with her sweet welcome sign and gift basket with personalized things for our little ones. There was an abundance of things for everyone one in the family to do. Every little thoughtful gesture from the waters and condiments in the fridge to the little bath toys under the sink made this place feel like home but with a more pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend and this will for sure be a place that we visit again. The view was amazing and we all loved being down by the water. If you are looking for a place to spend time together relax and have fun this is the perfect place. As for the host she is amazing, kind, very responsive and made this trip very memorable because she took the time to make this stay unique to our family!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! Tracy was SUPER helpful and answered questions quickly! We loved having fires down on the dock and my husband did a little fishing! It was great to site out in the screened in patio and watch tv! One thing I will mention is that the TVs are smart TVs and that required us to sign in to our Netflix and ESPN accounts to be able to watch anything. Totally not a big deal for us but for people with cable at home it’s something to think about. Other than that, the size of the beds was a small issue but we made it work! The place was stunning and just as described! Amazing weekend getaway ❤️
