This home had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive when we contacted them with a problem.

It was perfect for our quick visit - close to everything by car and a clean and quiet suite. Easy and efficient communications with Doug - thank you! PS: I loved the coffee bar!

Edu is a great host and he provide us all the information about the area and showed us exact places to see and places for free parking, Really enjoyed his place with our guests also enjoyed a lot. Thank you Edu for everything you did for us.

I loved the house, beautiful and got to use it for my wedding day for photos and overall a great stay. Only complaint is the neighborhood is noisy. A lot of foot traffic. They respond quickly and the owners are a few minutes away so if you need anything they can head over.

Julia is a wonderful host and the house is absolutely beautiful. In a great location with good privacy and just a very comfortable home to stay in.

Stephen was a great host from check in to check out, he was very helpful with any questions we had. The home was clean and exactly as stated in photos/description. Definitely would recommend Stephen’s Air BNB for your stay in Tonawanda. The hot tub is a really nice addition and you’re close to lots of dining/attraction & shopping, as well as 20 minutes from the falls.

Emily is an excellent host and I highly recommend this place. If I could give it a higher rating I would. 5min walk to Clifton Hill and 15min to the falls. Place was clean and easy to navigate. Emily gave clear instructions and was very responsive. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Emily for an excellent stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Jonah and Rose’s cozy cabin! The place was well-equipped, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s walkable distance to the beach. Jonah and Rose were incredibly responsive and kind, even allowing us to stay past checkout when we needed extra time. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d love to come back in the summer!

Amazing location! It honestly felt like staying home, definitely recommend for any one that wants to visit Niagara Falls! The hosts were super friendly and communicative throughout the entire stay!!

Don’t let the photos deter you. This place was awesome if you’re looking for a place to stay. The first level is the bedroom and the kitchen and living area. Upstairs is where you’ll find the bathroom, a huge office, another living room and a bunch of nooks and crannies. Parking on the street was easy. It was only about 35-40 minutes to Niagara Falls, depending if you went to the Canadian side. KeyBank center is about 10 minute drive if you’re looking to catch a hockey game. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from the airport.

The place was perfect for what we needed. We loved that there was a fresh welcoming loaf of banana bread in the kitchen when we got there and the pack n play was already out with sheets for it for our little one. There seems to be a lot to do in the area and there was tons of info throughout the house on everything to do nearby. We would absolutely stay there again!

a lovely quirky home in buffalo just round the corner from some great restaurants and within walking distance of a great bar 'The Essex St Pub'. The place was comfortable and spacious, the air con does make periodic noises but not enough to interrupt our sleep. Parking is simple even in winter and Jon had some great recommendations for local breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but very close (within walking distance) of restaurants, bars and cute shops. The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, an added bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks Cheryl and Lance provided for our arrival. Great hosts!

Mary provided a wonderful place that felt like home. The house was beautiful & clean, the home was peaceful. This is the perfect place for a private getaway. Will definitely return- in the near future.

Paul & Michelle were excellent hosts. Their place was comfortable and wonderful for our family of four adults. They communicated well and all our needs were met. It was a nice perk having the off-street parking especially with the snowy weather. Thank you for your gracious hospitality! We hope to come back next time we’re in Western New York!

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

Great place! Close to every thing

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for those traveling to Niagara Falls. I enjoyed how it was close to the places that we wanted to tour. I also appreciated how responsive the host was when we needed support. Thank you for the stay!

The whole process was smooth and easy. Nomaan was great to communicate with—his instructions were clear and straightforward, and he even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The place was clean, tidy, and beautifully set up with all the amenities we needed. There was more than enough space for our family, and our three-year-old especially enjoyed the games provided. We had no issues with the internet or setup, and the location was super convenient—just 5 to 10 minutes from everything you might need. Highly recommend!

I travel a lot for work and family leisure and prefer to stay at airbnbs where they are clean, comfortable, and the host pays attention to detail. This property knocked it out of the park!
