Another great stay at my Lake County go-to.

We felt very comfortable staying in this studio! It was a warm and quiet night here. I would like to specially recommend one point: It has a wonderful view of the pier by the lakeshore! If it is a sunny day, we can even imagine catching the sunrise!

First the hosts are amazing. Responsive and communicative and very pleasant. This is a newly remodeled unit. Everything in it was brand new. The bed is comfy and the unit is very welcoming and charming. It has a back deck so you can sit outside and watch the sunsets over the lake. It’s off the main road so minimal noise. They have restaurants within walking distance. It’s definitely a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying here.

All I can say is wow, what a perfect stay we had at The Guest Nest! Kerry's place is beautiful, inside and out - spotlessly clean, well thought out, cozy and spacious. Lots of light during the day, and the fireplace kept us warm at night. The views from the windows, porches & garden are amazing, from the garden, to the grounds with the deer grazing, to the ocean. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood as well...Caspar Headlands and Caspar Beach are an easy walk, and they're both gorgeous. Last but certainly not least, Kerry was an amazing host - extremely helpful, kind and communicative. If I ever find myself in the Mendocino area again (which I hope to!), I would absolutely love to stay in The Guest Nest again, just an amazing place/host!

Brian’s place is perfectly located to coffee shop, restaurants, wineries, hiking (Mount Konocti-Wright summit and Clear Lake state park just a few miles away). My first extended stay with Air BnB and Vicki’s place was a good choice for me. It is private and safe, a well organized space and the kitchen is stocked with all the gear you need:). Mini split and fan kept the place nice and cool in the summer heat! Vicki is easygoing and helpful, and I felt comfortable immediately. Loved the view of the lake from the seating area near the Koi pond.

Place was very clean and neat. Check-in and out were not complicated. Nice neighborhood.

we hadden het erg goed bij Sharon. het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden. We mochten genieten in de tuin met prachtige zonsondergang. Sharon is een geweldige gastvrouw. ze geeft tips, helpt en gezellig, zonder opdringerig te zijn. deze plek is een gouden ster waard.

Second time back and wonderful stay again! The perfect little getaway.

We spent the holidays in Lake County and Vicky's place was a home for us for a few days. Her place was great for having room for 4 people to sleep. Two full bathrooms was a blessing. The home is located on a quiet street in a culdesac and so very quiet at night. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals as needed. we will be booking this place in the future.

This was an amazing find! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet Thanksgiving - we made our whole Thanksgiving meal here! The views were incredible and the unit was set up to make the most of them. Simy, the host, was so responsive and friendly. We’d love to go back!

This was our second time at Hallelujah's place and it is quickly becoming our favorite place for a weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and perfect for walking and relaxing in the hot tub. Hallelujah, Karma and Taressa are all warm and welcoming hosts. They were happy to show us around, point out walking trails and even graciously shared their music and art with us. I definitely recommend staying here!

This hidden gem, exceeded every expectation we had. From incredible customer service to clean, well kept units with a stunning view we had the most lovely stay. We plan to return again…and bring friends!

I always wait a week after visiting a short term rental property to let my excitement or disappointment wane to provide a more reasoned review. My family had a home years ago just north of Fort Bragg. Right on a private cove. This place was as close as I could get to that memory. It met all those objectives. From the time you arrive you are taken by the view and sound of the pounding sea. The apartment had all of the amenities described with excellent WiFi. It is attached to a home but there was no one residing in the home so it was extremely private. The Hot tub worked great and was a wonderful way to watch the sun set. The location was as close to the rugged ocean as you can get. I wish there was direct access to their cove. But I also understand why they may not want visitors in this cove as you would have to be very careful and in good shape to staying out of trouble. Highly recommend this host and location.
