This was an amazing place! We loved the clean, comfortable rooms, the service was great, the pool and mini golf were so fun! And location- perfect!!

We wanted to bring our children to colonial Williamsburg and Andy’s place was a great location to stay— very close to colonial Williamsburg, grocery stores, shopping, etc. It was clean and the resort had some nice amenities for kids (pool, movie library, small playground). The only things that weren’t great were the pillows on the beds (the whole family agreed we would have slept better with nicer pillows!), not knowing beforehand that the 4-bedroom unit was actually 2 units on top of each other, and how small the kitchen was. But for the price we paid, we were very happy— and we were glad for how clean it was and how easy it was to find.

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort amenities such as the pool, spa, and on-site restaurants add to the overall wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the nearby attractions, Boardwalk Resort is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Virginia. I would definitely recommend and revisit Kerri’s place.

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

Igor was amazing. I was very tired and exhausted after a long flight from Italy, nor did I have access to wifi at the time with my Italian phone. I was having difficulty checking in, but he stepped in very quickly and remedied the situation. Afterwards check in was a breeze. The property was beautiful. The unit was perfect and very clean. There was more than enough room for my two daughters, my granddaughter, and myself. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanksgiving was wonderful there. We regretted having to leave. I cannot say how wonderful, helpful, and professional Igor is. He responded very quickly to my emails and followed up to ensure everything was up to and above standard. This was well after the 9-5 business hours. He stayed in contact until he was assured I was completely checked into my unit. I was very impressed and relaxed knowing he was there (in email) if I needed anything. That quality of service definitely goes a long way in my book. His quick action and response was very reassuring; especially for a solo female traveler. I would definitely call Igor again when I return to the area. Highly recommend.

Upon check-in we were welcomed with the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. They offered us local discount cards to use at restaurants during our stay, and provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. Xiaoming was always fast with his responses and was very helpful. The resort was spotless and had a comfortable atmosphere, and the sky lounge is most definitely worth the visit! We were provided with complimentary breakfast, a beautiful view, and even a free raffle entry during our breakfast. The room was spotless and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Overall this will be my go to spot to stay during my trips to VA beach from now on, absolutely perfect!

Place was great. Family loved it. Plenty to do. Communication was great and check in and out was a breeze!

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Mona was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her space is beautiful and relaxing. I really appreciated the local tourism books and print out of things to do and restaurants nearby. The location is conveniently located just 7 miles or a 12 minute drive from the beach! It is a great place to rest after a day of adventures; we would absolutely stay here again. This house was perfect for our group. We had 16 baseball players and coaches stay in the house. Everyone had a bed, plenty of room and the pool table and ping pong table were a big hit. It allowed for team bonding when not on the field. The house was clean and had all that we needed to host a team dinner for all the families down for the weekend! Highly recommend.

Absolutely had 0 complaints about my stay. I needed a place for a night and this was the most perfect option. We checked in to spend the night and had the easiest time, the place was cozy and felt safe. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here! It was such a cute and cozy place and we’re already talking about trying to come back for the summer! It’s a fairly short walk to the beach and only a short distance from shops and restaurants. Our furbaby loved the fenced in yard and was even given some treats in a welcome basket, which was so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Davina was very attentive and was always checking in to make sure things were going well. She quickly responded to messages and was very helpful.

Bijan’s place was amazing! My husband and two small children were very comfortable here. The places offers all the comforts of home and all staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was nothing short of great. Not only is there an indoor pool to splash and play in with the kiddos, it is directly across the street from the ocean and in close proximity to so many great restaurants. Definitely a must place stay I guarantee you will love it just as much as we did. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future!

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful full room with separate bedroom and full kitchen . The view is spectacular and the building is close to everything ! We ate at some wonderful restaurants and never had a bad meal . Recommend Rockafeller’s and Captain George’s , Chix on the Beach and Jumping Shrimp . Parking pass allowed us to park and come and go from parking garage garage accreted the street from the property. Mari was amazing checking on us every step to ensure we had a great time . Highly recommend staying with her!

This is the cutest, most cozy, little camper! I stayed here with my partner and our daughter. At first we were a little nervous about the small size, but we actually fit perfectly. The location with in the campground is perfect. Close to the comfort stations and one of the pools. Everything was set up perfectly. Towels laid out, table set, linens provided. Great price and SO close to the oceanfront. We took advantage of the free parking at 9th Street. We didn't use the trolley but that's also a great amenity. The campground had music at the pool at night which was really fun. I come to Virginia Beach at least once a year, so we will definitely stay again!

My husband and I spent a few days here and loved the ocean views! Most of our trip consisted of walking up and down the beach right in front of the condo or enjoying the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby that were all delicious, and we got to see dolphins nearby! Sean and Rebecca were responsive and gave us great recommendations for what to do since we came in off season (January). We would go back many times over!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ron's place. We went right after a snow storm, so we were not able to use some amenities like the pool, grill or hot tub. But the sauna was inside the home and felt amazing. Ron was quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely stay there again.

The Cutty Sark was exactly as advertised! It was cute and vintage, we didn't use it but we loved the vintage cook stove and refrigerator! It was perfect for us on our trip and we would stay again if in the area!

Jenna is a great host. Very responsive, personable throughout the process. Location is great. Right in the beach. Several restaurants are walkable. Beach here has a playground for the kids and a work out set up for those inclined. Pools and spa were great, especially on bad weather days.
