Wonderful visit and great communication from Lori. Perfect spot to walk to the beach or visit Sea Pines, could not be more convenient while also being in a quieter, secluded area. Really enjoyed the private beach access since it dramatically cut down on the crowds that typically occur at Coligny. Would stay again!

Mark’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, great location and within walking distance to some great restaurants.

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Karen’s place was beautiful! The first Airbnb I have rented, and definitely set above and beyond expectations for all the others to come! Everything was so clean, Karen was very welcoming. There is plenty to do within several minutes of the house, can’t wait to come back!

Jodi was very responsive! The place was clean and within walking distance of great places to grab a drink and hangout. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

Thank you Bonnie, we loved staying at your place. It was a last minute decision and we were able to rent it the same day! We met your son at the pizza spot next door. He was a sweetheart and so professional!

We would stay again, the location is wonderful and the beach is awesome. Very private location and we loved the deck/fenced in yard for the dog.

If you're looking for a quiet place close to all the eateries and beach, this is the home for you! We were 2 blocks from beach access, a couple of blocks from popular area restaurants and the grocery store. The lighthouse COULD be in walking distance, but it's definitely faster to drive. An added perk was a special goodie basket that Emily didn't have to leave, but was very much appreciated! The back yard was peaceful with lights strung through so it wasn't overly bright while sitting outside. It was a relaxing home away from home, and we hope to be back very soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Liked the downstairs entrance that houses beach items. Mornings and evenings were nice to sit outside in the screened in porch or at the outdoor table. Short walk to the beach. Had kitchen items that one would need for simple meals, also had crock pot and blender. Beach towels were there if needed. During our stay there was someone staying in the attached apartment but we did not hear them.

Clean, private and feels like a home away from home. Very safe area. Location, location, location!! Just park your vehicle and enjoy the short walks to all the restaurants and shops with ease. The beach is at the end of the street of the shopping and restaurants strip. Book here and you will not be disappointed at all. Me and my family are already planning our second trip and will be booking this same location.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

Our family enjoyed the house very much. We were celebrating my father in laws 75th birthday, my mother in laws 70th birthday and their 45th wedding anniversary. There was 9 of us and each of had a wonderful time. We are hoping to make this an annual trip.

Steven's home was a great fit for our family's trip.We liked being close to the park and enjoyed playing Pickleball and tennis there . Also, our grandchildren enjoyed the playground. The pool was a good feature too & our grandson improved his swimming skills. The entire home was enjoyed by us.

Tracy was beyond wonderful! Greeted us upon arrival and explained everything. Gave perfect activity & restaurant recommendations. We felt right at home in her place. Beds were comfy, showers were great pressure & a/c worked great. I loved we had the whole place to ourselves & it was very quiet even though we were close to the street. Great coffee flavor selections. Tracy was very friendly, helpful, quick to respond & accommodating! We counted and it really is 47 steps to the beach 😎

You get what you see in the pictures. The location is lovely. While the beach access isn’t private, it wasn’t crowded at all. It’s about 150 feet to the start of the wooden boardwalk and another 150 feet on that boardwalk before you hit sand. (I mention this for families who may worry about mobility issues with any of their members). There’s a really solid restaurant called “the deck” a 3 minute walk away (fish and chips were great). The porch has a clear sight path to the beach. You can hear it at night. The breeze comes through. The bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living area was enormous. I do think it’s important to point out that the living area is on the floor above the bedrooms. It was no issue for my family…but could see how it would be important if you have people who like to sleep in and others who are up early. Importantly, the host was incredibly communicative. It was usually less than an hour before she responded to me. Great spot.

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Mark was very responsive and helpful. The unit was very close to the beach. We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Kacie’s condo. The location was great and she was so quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Tasha was a wonderful host. She reached out to me prior to checkin to ensure I received the door code. She also handled an extra parking price for my wife very quickly. Best customer service I have experienced using Airbnb or hotel room. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Deck restaurant on site is a huge bonus and it was really great to have parking onsite. The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos and has easy beach access - we loved the option of having our morning coffee on the patio or at the beach. Short drive to the main strip in Tybee and not far from Savannah. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer within the unit! This was a great place to stay. Thanks Michael!
