Perfect little house on a beautiful little lake! The house itself was extremely clean and was very well stocked with everything we needed. What more could you want with a screened in porch, a large fenced yard and a firepit all overlooking the lake? Lindsay is an amazing host who helped us with whatever we needed and she has done a great job with this place. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone looking for a quiet, clean place to stay with an amazing view!

Everything about our stay was great. It was centrally located to all the attractions we planned to see. Super quiet neighborhood and very spacious for a family of 4 plus a pet! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying at the Dune Daddy! Beautiful views, beautiful decorations, and super close to so much. The kitchen was well-stocked, too. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. I highly recommend - and that’s coming from me as a fellow Airbnb property owner. The property is bright, cozy, warm, welcoming, extremely comfortable and homey - and within walking distance of all the Carolina Beach highlights - plus private parking and a fenced yard. Wonderful experience - we sincerely hope to return soon. Plus the beds are unexpectedly extra comfortable!

We are so happy that we stayed at the Rivers! Everyone young and old had a great time. The estate is so private and beautiful we could not believe it. The home is amazing and well stocked. We enjoyed the sun rises and sunsets so much. We had kayaks delivered and explored the area and it was something dreams are made of in a fairytale. The elevator allowed us to comfortably enjoy this home with older members of our family with ease. The nature and bird wildlife is just incredible. from the Anhingas swimming in the Cape Fear River and the Kingfisher flying back and forth over the pond to the plentiful Bluebirds we constantly entertained. We can’t wait to visit again and transport to serenity. Thank you for a vacation that will always be remembered ❤️

I had an amazing experience at this Air Bnb and with Rachel! To start off the AirBnb is in an amazing location right in between Carolina beach and Wilmington so perfect spot! Air Bnb was very clean, very roomy, very relaxing and cozy as well! Has the fire pit in the backyard and a separated area for the dogs to run around! Was a perfect place for me! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachel has been! She explains everything from the beginning so that way there are no surprises during check out. She also recommended some amazing places to try! Probably the most communicative host I have had! I would completely disregard the awful review that was given before me. Clearly some people do not know how to follow rules and then like to blame others because they can not take responsibility for their own actions. Please please stay at this Air bnb in your next trip to Wilmington you will not regret it! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Rachel will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Wilmingt

Great place for a beach getaway! Location is about a 7 min walk to the nearest public beach access and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our week in Julia’s place. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. We were thrilled to find a welcome gift from Julia upon our arrival! She was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for the area. Being the off season, the area was very quiet and not at all crowded. We enjoyed the tiki bar right next door for lunch. We enjoyed watching dolphins from our oceanfront balcony! If we return to Carolina Beach in the future, we will happily request this place again.

Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Second floor unit. I liked that the living room had sheer curtains which gives you privacy but also lets light in. Margaret responded pretty quickly whenever I needed to contact her and she was very nice. The people upstairs were noisy sometimes but Margaret said she would work on that. II’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot! Great location and feels right at home. Great area for walks and beach access. The nature there is incredible.

Upon arrival, drove down one of the most enchanting driveways I've seen in years. I was looking for peace and quiet, and found it. Lovers of flora and fauna will delight in this spot. Water birds abound, so bring your binoculars please. Although in the city of Wilmington, the home feels more like a stay at a barrier island, ripe with very old oaks. Simply lovely and outstanding AC system and a very comfortable bed. Only two things would make this cottage even more perfect, a full length sofa and a second television in the bedroom. But...it is still wonderful.

It was so nice and clean, the hosts were so responsive and polite! My friend and I had a great time and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a cute place to stay right next to the beach!

The place was great and everything that Dale said it would be. The commute to the Beach and the Lake were walking distance and everything we could possibly need was close by

Danielle was the perfect hostess! She was quick communicating, the property was as described, she accommodated a change (after it was too late to change) to our travel needs, and basically she and her property were a fabulous oasis minutes from the airport! What's not to love? 😀

Great spot in a great location. Giant kitchen and plenty of room inside and on the front porch. Kitchen was big enough to host Thanksgiving! Everything was just as advertised and very enjoyable.

Cute place at the beach- enjoyed comfortable beds and furniture, proximity to the beach and restaurants, and thoughtful touches such as sound machines and beach towels.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Airbnb. It feels like our “second home” in NC when we go to visit our daughter. They provide all you need for a successful and stress-free stay. Thank you for sharing your house. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again next spring break.

I'm sure I am repeating what many other guests have said, but this lovely home deserves more than five stars. We spent a month here and still weren't ready to leave, and we are already missing the spectacular sunrises and views. Michelle and Bryan were perfect hosts and responsive to our requests. The home was beautifully furnished, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the large washer and dryer were a plus since we were there for an extended stay. We usually go to the beach, but with the huge deck and the screened porch, this time we spent most of our sunny days hanging out on the deck and porch and enjoying the view. We left renewed and relaxed and can't wait to come back.

This trip was a small weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. The location of this Airbnb was great. Walkable to the beach and other shops as well. Hate that the weather was rainy like it was but I will definitely be back and book with Charles and Vicki again when I do! ☺️
