We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

Amazing home, a gem in North Raleigh. Be sure to have a car as you will have to drive at least 15-20 minutes to get to things but completely worth the price, especially when considering how great the home is.

This place was perfect. It was our third air bnb during a stressful medical situation where the family needed to be close to the hospital. We extended our stay several times given our changing situation. The host was incredibly helpful, the house was very clean, and we had evrythung we needed and more.

I cannot convey how stunning this property is. They have updated this 1900 home with modern conveniences and kept the old beauty and charm. Our family stayed here for my daughter's wedding at Cornelius Properties. We hosted a bridesmaids brunch on Friday. Had plenty of room for family to just hang out because we traveled from 4 different states for this wedding. The pictures we took inside the home were gorgeous and my guest were in awe of its beauty and size. So if you are in Goldsboro rent this gem so Chelsea can continue to revitalize this historical keepsake. Side note: when we traveled to Goldsboro they had just had a snow and ice storm and I called Chelsea about the roads since we were driving up from SC. She was out of town but her neighbors actually walked up to the main road to check out the conditions and gave us a thumbs up.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family. Conveniently located to get to anywhere in Raleigh within less than 20 minutes. Matt was wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Instructions and descriptions were clear. Home ie a cute older bungalow type home close to everything. In a semi-industrial area but safe and once again close to the convention center, ECU, major roads, resturants and shopping.

Daniel was a kind and responsive host. Whenever I needed anything, it was taken care of quickly, even two trips to a store to get extra kitchen equipment I requested! The place is small as the photos show but good for one person - and there is a lot of thoughtful intentions put into this studio. There is storage space under the bed and in upper cabinets and on the kitchen island. The bathroom is beautifully done with tile and modern furnishings. The backyard and its pergola were wonderful outdoor settings to hang out - and a good place to gather with other friendly AirBnB guests (there are 4 other AirBnB's on the property, a total of 5.) Parking and directions are clear and keyless pad entry was a breeze. For pets and kids, the backyard is an interesting place to explore with lots of fun decorations and plants. I'd recommend this place for one person who wants some privacy and a place of their own to enjoy this part of Raleigh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mark and Paul’s property, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I was a little nervous because this would be my first time staying at an apartment/condo style Airbnb and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Mark and Paul provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area.

We had a very good stay! David was so kind. The home is peaceful, clean, and is perfect access to Greenville and other surrounding areas. We will definitely stay here next time we’re back in town. Stay with David and you won’t regret it!

Great price, very comfy and cozy!

We were a group of 7 staying for a work trip, and the house was absolutely amazing! The open-plan living areas were perfect for spending time together, while the bedrooms being tucked away gave everyone their own space and quiet. The place was beautifully designed, spotlessly maintained, and super comfortable. The hosts' communication was so lovely — they made us feel truly welcome and valued from the start. The location was also great for what we needed: quiet, convenient, and easy to get around. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Liz’s condo during our visit to Wake Forest. It was perfect for our family of four, with ample space to spread out and walkable to a few shops. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Loved the welcome basket and thoughtful booklet containing recommendations and instructions for tv, lights, etc. The area was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay without a single hiccup. Thank you, Liz!

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

We had an awesome stay! Very comfortable and restful accommodations. Nice spacious kitchen equipped for preparing small or large meals during your stay. We gathered for several meals with other guests who live in the area and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this property and their host!

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
