Very nice place for our family gathering during the holidays. Lots of bedrooms and living areas to enjoy. Daily visits from a group of deer. Good Internet speed and easy to get around in the Nashville area. Entire family enjoyed our stay.

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

The house was everything we wanted it to be. The location was great and the house was really roomy and spacious. The aesthetic is beautiful and everything was very well stocked. The house was very cozy and comfortable! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and made many new memories with family!

Nicely decorated house with plenty of room. Convenient amenities and supplies. Rural location. Responsive, friendly host. We were greeted by a family of deer upon arrival, was a nice added touch.

I brought a large group to this home for a one night stay and the house was incredible. Lots of beds for a large group. The home was beautiful inside and out and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Forest is an excellent host and his home felt comfortable, clean, organized and well stocked with more than we could’ve expected. It’s very family friendly with a safety gate and a baby swing on the deck, miscellaneous safety items in place for the baby and a trampoline the kids loved. Whether traveling with kids or just adults this is the perfect location and home to rent. Thank you Forest for everything! We’ll be back!

Summer is great. Unbeknownst to the owner though, cleaners did NOT clean in a LONG time. Dog urine on a window seat I had to scrub-filth inside and outside made for a terrible surprise for my sis’s bday. Though lake/pool are serene and pretty. Sis is an angel- With proper TLC this would be a great stay! Also- 2nd bathroom is only accessible from outside w/no sealed door - there is no living room, no couch or comfy chair anywhere outdoors or indoors. ThThe pool and canoeing were awesome- our positive attitudes helped us stay. We could not book a different place while waiting for our 50% refund after traveling already. Was offered 100% refund if we left after being there for 2 hours. So, we stayed cleaned a lot/sweated instead of relaxing enough, washed our dirty feet when walked inside w/no shoes. Cleaned dishes with scum and bugs- cleaned candy out of beds. No bed bugs though! Used own pillows and throws. No curtains on many windows- good luck sleeping past sunrise/blinding boat lights

it's an amazing place! peaceful! , we were really confortable with the services, our pet felt happy walking through the green field by the creek. Gary is a great host ! We felt like home , the kitchen have all necessary to take a good dinner and the furniture massage was great!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

Over all very nice stay. Easy communication with host. The house was very clean. The cabin was a little further back from the lakefront than expecting and with other people at the front cabin it’s not super accessible or private. It was very convenient having grocery store just down the street. Unfortunate that check out is 10am.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. We absolutely loved the country lifestyle. Victoria made us sourdough bread and it was the most delicious ever. The sweetest family and the cutest dog and cat. The Airbnb is so clean and homey feeling. Loved our time here. Highly recommend!

Tripp was a fantastic host. He was quick and responsive for any needs we had, and check in and check out was a breeze. Tripp even went over and beyond offering to let our pet run and play fetch in his fenced field behind the property after he saw us walking the dog in the mornings. The space was clean and all the appliances and kitchen utensils were more than sufficient for our multi-week stay. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. I would definitely stay at Tripps property again.

We have family in Nashville and Lebanon, Tennessee. This is a great location for spanning those areas with easy access to all the amenities of Mount Juliet. Private cul-de-sac with a peaceful and serene wooded backyard. Cozy and comfortable.

Beautiful house well maintained and was a perfect place for my group of eight people

Melina’s place was beautiful. My best friend and I shared the place for the weekend to attend a wedding, and it was perfect. It was tranquil and clean. As two female travelers, we felt very safe in the neighborhood and townhouse as a whole. The back porch was also a huge plus, and we had coffee out there both mornings. overall 10/10. and Melina was a wonderful, kind, and communicative host! Cant recommend enough! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Our visit was great!! Everything was as should be and worked great … I’d possibly recommend bringing a fan for the second bedroom and tvs for the bedrooms other than that it was exceptional!! The air was COLD and the Wi-Fi was perfect!!! The beds were extremely comfortable!!

We loved our stay! Michelle was so helpful and the cottage was so cozy!

Was in a peaceful location. We arrived later than planned but when I let him know ahead of time he made accommodations to make it easy to get in.
