Great cabin! Loved the place and location!

We had such a wonderful stay. I can’t say enough good things. Deanna was a fantastic host who has thought of everything you could need to have a relaxing, peaceful getaway. The space is beautifully appointed and the view is spectacular. Everything was above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of the bed to the size of the hot tub. We would love to return.

Beautiful! We had a great time at this cabin and absolutely loved it! It was fun hiking, and watching the deer from the porch! The owner was very responsive when we messaged him with a question. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable time and had plenty of space for the entire family. We definitely plan on making a return trip in the future.

Julie was an amazing host! She was very friendly and easy to work with, always making sure we were accommodated with everything we needed. The cabin is amazingly beautiful inside and out. The creek is stunning with clear shallow water. This is a nature lovers paradise! I highly recommend staying at this cabin for so many reasons! We are very pleased with the cabin, location, setting, and a wonderful host! We will be back! Thank you, Julie! We loved our stay!!

Kellie’s place is better than pictures! It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved tying our boat at the dock. Fish weren’t biting but we had fun out in the water. We had my husbands service animal( who loves to swim and all things water) and our pet dachshunds Mattie and Willow. Loved having the deck gated with a ramp. Finley loved jumping off the dock for his beloved frisbee. The only difficulty we had was swimming back he had to have us haul him out of the water. She left a great goodie basket and starter stuff such as trash bag, laundry detergent,dishwasher & dish detergent, toilet paper , ect…. we would definitely return. I especially appreciated how clean it was.

Stacy was very helpful and polite during our stay! She was great with communication throughout the tornado warning we experienced while we were there. The place was very clean and had beautiful views. She was pleasant to talk to and had great local recommendations.

Nice rustic place to stay while fishing for the week

Such a lovely cabin! Very relaxing atmosphere! We loved the privacy. Very clean & accommodating. We only wish the weather had been warmer so we could’ve taken more advantage of the awesome screened porch area, the fire pit & grills. But it’s January, after all, lol. This was the perfect place for us to stay to spend time with our family from the area! We appreciated Kathryn keeping in touch! She’s very welcoming! We will definitely look to stay there again when the time comes in the future!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a quiet and great place to stay at. Everything was so clean and the communication was awesome. They welcomed us like we were family!

The cabin was impeccably clean. I really appreciated not having to find any random hairs, unclean dishes, etc. The layout was perfect for our needs. My parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom with nicely updated bathroom and accessible shower and I stayed upstairs with the children and the Jack and Jill type bathroom worked well for us. There are great views from the screened porch and it was easy to walk down to the private pier to fish. We drove to wheeler park for an outing and purchased bait and a cane pole. The kids loved fishing from the pier and seeing the wildlife. We left the cane pole at the cabin, so hopefully future guests will enjoy using it. We knew there was a pool on the property, but there are also basketball and tennis courts and a playground to use. Sunsets were beautiful from the pier. The beds are very comfortable, but high, so keep this in mind if you have people with limited mobility or young children. Overall, it was a great and peaceful stay!

Beautiful, peaceful, nostalgic, rustic place with everything we needed for a great getaway. We left with seven happy kids who played their hearts out even though the water was low. There was more than enough room for all twelve of us. We were even able to charge our cars at the RV hookups. Well worth the price!

This was the perfect location for our stay in early November. We had come down for a funeral and were very sad, we needed peace and nature to surround us. The setting was beautiful, and they were ready for us with great amenities. The neighbor's dogs were a bonus!

This place is a gem! Clean and comfortable space, located practically on the river. The layout, decor, and atmosphere were just right! I look forward to another stay.

What a wonderful and beautiful retreat! Gorgeous setting; peaceful surroundings; amazing lake view and access; cozy and welcoming home; super comfortable beds; kind and gracious host. A little paradise. I was here with my 90-year-old dad and my sister and brother-in-law from Holland. We all loved it! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a peaceful trip and this is exactly what I found, here. Everything was so clean and simple and really was an escape from the world. The bed slept fantastic with great pillows, and the couch as well. Not to mention the kitchen was so cute and perfect for my morning eating cinnamon rolls. The rocking chairs out front and the beautiful views. I can’t wait to be back! 10/10!!

Allen’s place was exactly what we needed for a work related stay near Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. Check in was perfect. House was clean with everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed.

We loved our time in Angie’s beautiful house by the lake. We felt truly relaxed there while our son was as Space Camp in Huntsville. We explored the area and fished on the lake - a great place for a family getaway. The house is so well equipped and welcoming. We would love to return!

Drove down with my son for a weekend fishing trip. We had the best time! There was a bag of rock hunting treasures and a geode waiting for my son upon check in, along with a smores kit! He was so excited when we pulled up seeing the property and the creek. The weather was perfect for grilling, sitting by the fire, exploring the creek, fishing, and watching the stars with our telescope. We brought with some glow in the dark games and there is plenty of room to have fun out there. So private and peaceful. Dorothy and Tim are excellent hosts. Anytime we needed anything or had a question they were very responsive and took care of us. Dorothy recommended where to go shopping for grilling supplies and food. My son loved all of the hammocks, but the white one will always hold a spot in his heart. He already said best trip we have taken. We can't wait to come back when we have longer to stay.
