Wonderful place to stay. Only negative I have is the cleaning lady was waiting in front of the driveway at 10:45 and our check out was at 11. Then comes in right at 11 as we were finishing up on the final exit. I think that was a little rude. However, the place was amazing and the views were breathtaking.

My boys and I came down from Illinois to visit family for Thanksgiving. Being 2 are teenagers who want their own space my only options were get a hotel or an Air BnB. I am so happy I chose Will’s place for my family! I cannot say enough about it. The peacefulness of being right on the water and watching the fish jump while sipping my morning coffee was incredible and much needed. My kids loved their rooms and my youngest said it’s the most comfortable bed and pillows he’s ever had! The house was spotless, the linens and towels were pristine white, the kitchen has a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 4 and has more than enough tableware for a family. Will was a great host, responded quickly and was proactive in contacting me when the thermostat stopped working while we were out, and his brother came over and got it working for us within an hour of us getting back. Not at all a complaint, just highlighting what an amazing host he is. Book this place! We plan on staying here this summer!

Great spot for a relaxing retreat! Loved the location on the river. The house was clean, modern and cozy. Only 20 minutes from downtown Florence. Would definitely return!

This was the best rental! The photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is very peaceful right on the water. But it’s a quick drive into the surrounding towns for other activities. We all decided we wanted to book this rental again we loved it so much! The host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay, Brandon was very attentive and his home was the perfect little getaway! Would definitely stay again next time we come through!

This place is absolutely amazing! Aside from the beautiful location of the home, the interior is just stunning. You can feel the love that has been put into the space and it’s just so warm and inviting. Camille is a great host and we can’t wait to go back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! My son had a fishing tournament at Ingalls Harbor and it was very convenient to that area. The home was clean, cozy, and very quiet. We loved being able to fish off the bank. We would definitely book this home again if we are in the area.

This was the perfect place to come home to after competing all day! Our dogs were able to hang in the fenced in area while my son went fishing off the dock. Cold AC, comfortable beds and extra amenities to make our trip relaxing!

The home was beautiful and spacious! We ended up booking additional days while we were there. The water view is lovely, especially at sunset. The area is nice as well, great neighborhood. The home had all the amenities we could possibly need during our stay. Definitely going to stay there again!

listen, Coty was very responsive when asking to see the place ahead of time! it definitely gives wrong turn scary movie but once you get to the house you’re speechless! beautiful and looks like the pictures, very clean. & the house was affordable! spacious, will definitely be booking again!

Elizabeth saved my families Christmas vacation. We rented a place near by that did not work out for us. Elizabeth responded right away and went out of her way to accommodate us. Her place is perfect and exactly as described or even better. We had an excellent Christmas week. Thank you

I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a little bit of everything while in the Pickwick Lake area or simply wanting a lot of nothing but relaxing and recharging. Plenty of space inside, outside and not just space but well thought out space. Sit inside the screened in porch for your morning coffee, relax and unwind on the back deck, sit around the kitchen with your group for dinner or cards, enjoy the living room area while watching TV or just catching up with conversation. Peaceful and just the right distance to town. If you are planning on fishing and bring a boat, plenty of space to park, plug in if needed. Waterloo boat ramp 15/20 minutes and Florence 15/20 minutes. We used the kitchen to cook meals & Everything was as described in the description and the pictures were all accurate and I can’t say enough about the Karen and how amazing she was with our experience. I stay at a lot of places, Karen by far has been the best Host I have experienced going above & beyond.

This house was great big yard and plenty of room to park and move around. I will definitely look for it again when in the area.

First let me say, we are proud repeat guests. This was our second stay and we have not been able to do everything that The Cypress Inn Cabin offers. We've enjoyed fishing, hiking, relaxing around the camp fire and watching wildlife. Garrett always handles our reservation with care and ensures every amenity is ready for our arrival. Garrett is very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We grilled steaks on the Green Egg for our anniversary during our stay. Watched one of the resident Canadian Geese couples build a nest and lay eggs during our stay. New additions will soon enjoy the lake. And the stars! Well you'll have to sit on the deck and see for yourself.

Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and clean. We plan to come back when it is warmer to enjoy the water and surroundings.
