My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Odessa's place. This is a home away from home. The decor was beautiful, the home was very clean and the mattress was so comfortable ( which is something that I really need and greatly appreciate). I can't say enough about how friendly and responsive to our inquiries that she was. We will definitely stay at her place again in the future. Thank you again Odessa 😊

Excellent host and beautiful house with tons of character. The rooms were huge and you can get lost in this house. It was a fantastic place for our party of 10 to gather from around the country. There were lots of rooms for groups and spaces for quiet time. Necho was wonderful. We ran into him on the property and he was full of interesting information. I would rent this house or another from Necho without hesitation.

We traveled with a small group and really enjoyed staying at this beautiful historic home! It's a great value and Necho was a great host. We will be back!

we had a fantastic retreat at this villa! lots of spaces to gather, a beautiful fire pit and such beautiful morning light (and sunsets!) all 16 of us were delighted to spend time there and look forward to returning

Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!

This is a very charming and clean home in a quiet, residential Durham neighborhood. I stayed here with four friends for our Duke reunion, and we were never more than 15 minutes away from any campus events. Our host Gayathri was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Durham.

Everything was great. Esther and her kids are very sweet. If you want a room in a home, that is what she offers. You can also park in her driveway which was nice. I recommend this listing .
