Leslie left perfect instructions explaining how to find the apartment and how to check in. She was super flexible with our flight times which was such a treat after a long day. The place was clean, had plenty of good coffee shops, ice cream, and restaurants all within 10 mins. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Leslie communicated wonderful recommendations and was extremely friendly. 100% would recommend this to anyone coming to Portland! The location was great for our trips exploring the coast, the city, and the mountains.

Really appreciate this cozy stay with private river access to the Willamette. It was lovely. The massage chair is not to be underestimated! Would def stay again in warmer season to take advantage of water amenities like paddle boards and canoes. It was a bit cold to do so this time around.

Such an attractive apartment--private, comfortable, great location, with everything I needed for my week in Vancouver. Thank you for providing clothes soap with the washer & dryer, and the hair dryer. At first I was disappointed there was not a stove or hotplate but the microwave worked just fine for all my needs. The bed is quite soft. Questions answered promptly and communication great. I will stay there again next time I am in VanCouver.

Very comfortable and cozy stay! The location was great and we felt right at home even with my 3 boys there was enough space. Thank you to our hosts, we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Kristin’s place was clean and comfortable. She was helpful whenever I needed it. Daytime noise from upstairs didn’t bother me. I brought earplugs for sleeping. I would stay here again

Great host and great place to stay. They tried to be as accommodating as possible and you completely forget that you had people living upstairs with how quiet it was for the most part. I would definitely come again!

Everything about this place was lovely & comfy as pictured. Kitchen, living room, bathroom & rooms were clean. Overall worth the price, I would love to stay here again in the future. Host was responsive for all needs. Thank you for having us here in Portland !

This stay was everything I’d hoped for. The apartment was roomy, clean, and had ultra-luxurious finishes. The location was peaceful and residential, yet we were steps away from the retail area with coffee shops, restaurants, and other shopping. The host quickly answered all of my questions. Highly recommended— would definitely stay there again.

We loved Aimee’s place! Perfect location for tons of different activities and events. Her home was beautiful with three bedrooms with super comfortable beds! The hot tub hit the spot after a 20 mile hike. Highly recommend.

Great location you can walk to extensive shopping and dining. Off the street parking is very nice. Yard is perfect for a pet.

From my first inquiry, this host was very quick to respond. They were friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The house is a part of a duplex and this one is located in the back. It was very homely, and comfy, and had the most modern amenities. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for two people each. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The area was surrounded by lots of trees and luscious greenery! A welcome change from our desert home. If I ever come back to the area for business or pleasure, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Emily was very nice and accommodating throughout the whole trip. Very cozy and clean home in a beautiful neighborhood would definitely recommend.

Sonia thought of everything and all the little welcome gifts were amazing! We felt right at home and the fenced yard was perfect for our puppies!

Five stars all around. Some things that may be issues for people with special sensitivities: -- I was a bit worried about being so close to the freeway but didn't experience any allergies as I had at another location. If you have sensitive lungs AND are planning a long stay you might want to research possible health issues. -- BR faces street and you can occasionally hear cars but the front yard is huge so sounds are muted. You can hear the heating system but I'm a light sleeper and it was fine. -- The wood platform of the bed sticks out. I realized I'd be hitting my shin the first few days so I was able to put a blanket over the wood and tuck it into the mattress. -- Only one flat sheet and it was made from synthetic material which might pose health issues (very few people are aware of this). The host is very responsive so I'm sure if you need more/different sheets you can request that. -- Pans and pots very heavy so if you're infirm/frail may need to arrange alternatives.

We had a wonderful stay at Phillip’s home while visiting family. It was super conveniently located and big enough to fit a family of four. It was very comfortable, clean, updated, and had a lot of personal touches (like water bottles when we arrived!) Wonderful stay all around and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yon’s apartment. It’s in a great location for us: fifteen minutes from the airport, less than a mile from our son’s house, and close to all the great restaurants in the Montavilla area of Southeast Portland. Check-in and check-out was easy. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. The apartment is spacious and clean. The king bed was really comfortable. Yon is a great host. She checked with us via text to see how we were doing and to make sure we were comfortable. We hope it will be available for future trips to Portland.

this was a nice place to stay with all you need, if you're in town and on the go. beautiful neighborhood, central to Northern Portland, OR. easy access to I5, Portland raceway, Heron Lakes GC, and Vancouver, Wa. we would stay there again!

We were in town for a family function and didn't spend much time in the house. It was perfect for what we needed. Most importantly to me, it was clean, clean, clean. Nothing about the house was extremely fancy, but there wasn't one bit of dust to be found ANYWHERE. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows and they had extra blankets. There was a nice sitting area with games and tv, very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and (even better) Trader Joe's. My daughter lives in an apartment complex close by, so we will likely go back (if they'll have us) every time we go to visit.

Would definitely stay again! Plenty of room for my husband and I, plus 2 of our adult kids - great to have 2.5 baths. Well stocked kitchen - loved the Krups Smart Temp Electric Kettle to fix the 175° water for my green tea. :) Lots of extras too - assortment of coffee, teas. Very clean and great decor! Plus, Rich was very responsive to any questions we had.

Location was perfect, 45 min drive to Multnomah Falls, 2hr 30min drive to Seattle, less than 15min to all the must sees spots in Portland. The house was comfy, we felt safe and it had everything we needed.

After having to move from a host from He** to this place it was sooooooo refreshing. We overly LOVED this place. It’s so comfortable from the beds to the couch. The listing says it’s noisy because it’s on a Main Street but we heard NOTHING. We slept like brand new babies. It’s in a perfect place and not far everything. We will be staying here in future visits and I recommend if your looking make sure your booking cause it’s a wonderful place. The history of this house is Amazing and the owners have taken really good care of the place. I loved how the upstairs was set up and it’s so much space up there. The communication with this host was great and it was quick. My family of 6 were able to stay and get away from the world by being here and it was well deserved and needed. Thank you for being a wonderful host.
