Very pleasant stay in a characterful house & a lovely part of town.

Great room and bathroom with its own private corridor, beautifully presented! Right in the middle of town and Olivia gave really helpful recommendations and laid out a lovely light breakfast in the morning. Her dog Ted is an absolute darling too, he didn't make a noise when we let ourselves in late at night. Thanks!

Anne has been a fantastic host, we got in touch only a short moment after I booked the room, and she had plenty of useful informations to make our stay in Bath more pleasant. The room was exactly what we were looking for and the bathroom is gorgeous! Our stay was absolutely perfect, thank you!

It was a very good couple of nights, Jo was very acomodating and even picked us up at the station upon our arrival. It’s important to know that in the kitchen you can only use the fridge, microwave and utensils plates, and that the town centre is 25mins more or less by walk, but the walk is very nice.

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything was exactly as described. The attention to detail in this property is second to none. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet dinner if you wanted to! The bedrooms are cosy, the bathrooms spotlessly clean. The outlook was lovely across the lake and the overall area was very clean and well maintained. Can't wait to go again - highly recommend.

really lovely home. the room is warm and private, a great place to stay for a few nights...there is also a cat who will become 100% attached to you if you are partial to long cuddles.

Would highly recommend Annie's place to anyone wishing to visit this part of the West Country. We had an amazing stay in what really did feel like a home away from home. The Air bnb is situated in a very peaceful residential area with a small Tesco Express and eateries within walking distance. It's a very short driving distance from Longleat Safari Park,Stonehenge and the Westbury white horse. This air bnb was absolutely the perfect place to come back to after a busy day. We would definitely stay there again.

This stay is a gem, the house was near to town and very walkable. Also on a bus route that stops at the end of their road. We only stayed one night but we would definately stay again, already lining up booking again. Simon and Lydia were helpful and friendly and left us milk, cereal and other goodies in our room. The room is light and airy and very comfortable. A big thank you from us!

Really spacious 2 bedroom place, great for our family of 5, stylishly decorated to a standard you dong usually see in holiday rentals. Great location too, near parks and the river, short walk to the town centre and easy drive to all the beautiful countryside around Bath. Wonderful holiday, highly recommended!

A stay at this gorgeous little home is highly recommended . Beautifully peaceful , easy access to great restaurants , lovely walks along the river.A walk to Harnham through the water meadows is a must do ! A very relaxing quiet place , a place to unwind but in the heart of the town .

What a delight! As a neurodivergent family with a hidden disability dog, we couldn't have wished for anything else. Emma was aware of what would make our stay relaxing (asked about our sensory needs) and even though the garden isn't 'ready' per se for gusests we had access for Hugo (our dog). The outisde spaces are still a 'work in progress' but do not let that stop you from booking as there are plenty of green spaces locally you can access within a short walk. There is a corner shop & fabulous fish and chip shop 3 mins away if you fancy a night off from the kitchen and only a short walk (15-20 mins) to Frome town where you can try out places like the Rye Bakery (Station Approach) and others. We had a lovely couple of days at the house with family celebrating my birthday. We loved walking out to the shops. We enjoyed a private chef at the house who said the cooker was great to use. A lovely characterful house, comfy beds and cosy. Thank you

Beautiful home, with individual rooms, perfectly located to all the wonderful sites of Bath. Great communication from host and we loved how the interior matched the feel of the house and history of Bath. Wonderful stay and it had everything we needed for a lovely relaxed weekend with great restaurants and walks on the doorstep. Would highly recommend!

Grace is a fabulous host and her home is delightful and full of charm. I really appreciated her friendliness and her local recommendations, and best of all, the bed was really comfortable and the room was cozy and warm! It was a nice surprise to discover her backyard, with its table, chairs, and grassy lawn, perfect for an afternoon aperitif. Her home is also a straightforward, 10-minute walk to the train station and equally straightforward 15-minute walk to the center of town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely weekend in Bath to visit our daughter who is studying there. The house was lovely with off street parking, surrounded by great countryside views. Would definitely recommend and would use again as the house was lovely and spacious. Thank you for hosting us 😊

Perfectly placed in Tetbury for parking, going into the town for shopping or eating. Nice trail walk from the house. Set on 3 floors . Beautifully decorated . Comfy beds . We used kitchen /dining as our gathering point . Stairs are steep and so would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Next to the church where bells chime the hour and a fairly busy road but not all of my party were bothered by them. We all went to Calcot spa and booked Pink Taxis at great price.

We had such a lovely stay at Ryan’s house. It is well located in the Centre of town within walking distance to all sorts of nice shops and cafes. We had a fab lunch at Rye bakery. Also close enough to enjoy visiting Stourhead, Stonehenge, and Hauser & Wirth. It is also such a unique and interesting house. It felt like stepping back in time to a special and beautiful era and was a real experience. Thank you!

Really beautiful place could happily live here. Really homely. Lovely art. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Sofa so comfy. Mattresses where sooo comfy. Nice shower and bath. Great facilities plenty of car park space. Close to shops , bars restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again. The only thing is the lack of blinds/ curtains, especially in the bedrooms, only one of the 3 bedrooms has a blind. Which is a problem Apart from that perfect.

Fabulous townhouse in a great location. So close to the centre of Bath. Fenella was a fantastic host, very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

A charming property, in the heart of Frome. Annie's place had everything you needed for a weekend away. As it is in a busy area with pubs and restaurants nearby, it is a bit noisy late in the evening so not ideal if you want an early night. The place was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfy and we had lovely weather so it was nice to be able to sit outside too. Annie was very responsive and gave a couple of suggestions for places to eat.

A pretty, well equipped house. Close proximity to the town - as in 5 minutes walking distance. Managed to park nearby. Ned was very responsive when I encountered a small problem, and it was resolved in 20 minutes. I would love to return to the house again.

Great weekend had by all, host was really helpful and responsive, everything as described and perfect spot within city centre. Thank you very much, definitely recommend.
