Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. Honestly, if you’re staying anywhere near Dripping Springs, I HIGHLY recommend this home. It’s an absolute gem, and I know we’ll be back! 10/10!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Our stay at “Birdie’s Poolhouse” was magical. We have two young kids, and the pool and hot tub area are perfect for children and adults alike. There is a shallow entry to the pool, and umbrellas to shade parts of the pool and sitting area. We have family in the area, and Blair was welcoming to them as well, so we were able to have a family get together that was fun for all. The house was also comfortable, tasteful, pristine and had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful touches were small ice creams left in the freezer, extra supplies in the bathroom, and pool towels and extra blankets in plentiful supply as well. The beds were really comfortable, and we weren’t disturbed by any noises. Even though the pool is shared between the owner’s house and the guest house, we had free use of the pool, and it felt quite private while we were staying there. Best of all, communications with Blair were always pleasant and prompt. She went out of her way to be welcoming and accommodating!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

I hate to say how wonderful this house was because then I won’t be able to book it the next time we stay in Austin! The space was great for groups and the backyard was like a park.

Great stay for our large extended family. So happy we found Marilyn’s beautiful homes for our family. Very clean, beautifully done. No complaints. Great communication. Hope to be back this summer.

Dana's house was absolutely beautiful.. It is located across the street from the TPC Golf Course in a gorgeous and peaceful area. The house is immaculate with a great kitchen, gaming area, plenty of bedrooms and space, a pool, BBQ, and patio area. We almost didn't even want to leave to explore. When we did, we made it to Bridge Caverns and they were so great highly recommend and the Pearl Brewery area. Thank you, Dana!

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Jason’s unit was super nice! It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures & all the building amenities were great. Check in was a breeze and Jason was always responsive and very kind.

This place was perfectly located — we loved the walkability to Rainey St and the ability to get on the best running trail in Austin in a one min walk from the front door. The condo was spacious and super comfortable. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s secluded nature home! The indoor space was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the surrounding land is so peaceful. Mike was very helpful, responsive, and a great host! We’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the Driftood area.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for spring break with our kids. Parents enjoyed relaxing and looking out the big windows while kids played in the pool and with a big tub of legos provided with other kids toys in one of the closets. I ad one question during our stay and it was immediately responded to. Would 100% stay again with our family.

We had a great stay at this beautiful lake house! Kathryn is a wonderful host, I wish all hosts were as friendly, responsive, and helpful as she is. The house was very welcoming, and the pool and views are great. Hoping to come back in the future!
