My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! Landsborough is such a beautiful little town and the accommodation was the perfect mix of heritage and modern finishes. Rustic, romantic and convenient - a pleasure! The clawfoot bath on travertine tiles overlooking the garden is spectacular, while the birdsong accompaniment truly special. Thanks so much Sarah!

It was a beautiful house located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Host was very easy to communicate and friendly with responses. Clear information with details was provided. We had a very smooth check in and out and it was a great stay.

Mark was quickly responsive to all the queries. Place is in a quiet surrounding and it matches exactly to the described.

My family and I were unable to visit Daniel’s beautiful home on this occasion due to bushfires in the nearby Grampians National Park. I am extremely grateful for Daniel’s understanding of the situation. He has kindly invited us back at a later date. Whilst I can’t speak for the house (yet), I can highly recommend Daniel as a host! ☺️

The photos didn’t do justice on them! The house is very spectacular and way better than we expected. Very clean and tidy. Lyndee is very responsive and nice. We hope to come back again!

Cosy Cottage was just that, and more!! The house was lovely with charm and the gardens well cared for. Inside was a delight, a full kitchen with all the utensils, cutlery and crockery you could ask for. The air con in the lounge and main bedrooms was appreciated by us and our dog, especially as we had a couple of warm nights. Definitely caters for pets, with pet towels provided and fenced yard. The view out the kitchen window of the bush behind the property was wonderful, made us feel not hemmed in. A walk in the bush was fantastic with lots of birds singing away. Highly recommend Deb's place at Cosy Cottage for a bush getaway, while still in close proximity to shops, cafes, pubs and even the Avoca Market which was on during our stay.

A great place to stay and very comfortable. Peaceful room, and clear instructions for everything. Some lovely homely added touches in terms of breakfast items with choice of cereals and type of bread.

We loved our stay at this beautiful piece of history.. We loved the tranquil country location. The cottage was comfortable and cosy. After a great night’s rest we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning served by Beth, our gracious and friendly host. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in the cottage behind the old BnB, a large bedroom and ensuite situated in a magnificent country garden. The historic town of Stuart Mill is now is a small collection of houses, but St Arnaud 15 minutes up the road has everything you need. Beth was great, providing us with breakfast basics, tea and coffee, as well as high chair and baby bath. We’ll be back.

I loved my visit with Beth. The room was lovely and just what I had hoped for. I'm a gardener so walking about her place and looking at the different structures, plants, animals, was a treat. Chatting with her made my trip, perhaps more so as I was out exploring the area on my own. I also appreciate both modern and old structures so the room with some antique furniture and the old fireplace combined with the very modern bathroom and spa suited me perfectly.

Janette is a great host. We felt that we have been knowing her since long. We had a lovely talk and she suggested few things to explore in Swan Hill. Would love to see them again! Regards Rahul and Jyoti
