Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

Great location, private parking, plenty of space and huge and comfortable beds - wake up to the sun rising - almost feels Mediterranean

Perfect location right opposite the beach. A few miles from Dungeness, close to Camber and Rye. Plenty of room for kids, teens, adults and dogs! Brilliantly equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you could need. We laughed that there wasn’t a pestle and mortar and then found one! Felt very homely. There was an issue with the shower and Jo responded super quickly and had an emergency plumber out on NYE to fix it. All in all a great place, highly recommended. Thanks Jo for an awesome NY stay. And thanks for super generous welcome hamper.

Our stay at Rachel’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the start, Rachel was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making everything seamless and stress-free. The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, but the real magic lies in the living room. This spacious and flexible area offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and beach. The layout is perfect—window-side seating for those who want to soak in the scenery up close, and a comfortable couch set back for a more relaxed experience. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room is breathtaking. Just a 90-second walk away, the beach awaits with its gentle waves rolling over rippling stones, creating a soothing, rhythmic soundtrack. The location is also fantastic—just a short stroll to nearby cafés and amenities, and within easy driving distance of some of the area's most amazing sights. Overall, this was a perfect coastal retreat, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Wow !! The house was beautiful, it clearly had the wow factor as soon as we walked in . All the Furnishings, fabrics , bed linen , towels etc were such good quality. The place was immaculate . It Looked exactly like the pictures on the air b n b website. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach . We found the booklet, which Carly had left for us , with all the dog recommendations for pubs, cafes, restaurants etc which was so helpful , plus for dog walks . We stayed for two nights but wished it had been a week or two . The hot tub was amazing!! We went in all three days and it was February! Carly had left us Prosecco and cake complimentary. How lovely , we felt truly spoilt ! Also there were two vases of fresh flowers . The house had a seaside theme and the colours were fabulous. All in all the best stay ever! Plus even though it’s a dog friendly house , there was NO smell of dog. It truly was an idyllic stay. We definitely wish to return.

Staying at Judes beautiful house has been 5*. The zen like feel of the house is extremely prevalent and calming. Outstanding facilities and the pool is just the most incredible feature. Amazingly comfortable bed and linens. The whole ambience of the place is out of this world. we wish we could have spent a week at this fabulous Airbnb. Thankyou Jude for allowing us to stay at our new favourite place.

We had an amazing time at Claire’s place. The chalet was very cosy and extremely clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host is welcoming and really responsive. The children loved the area and all the activities that are around. We would definitely want to go there again.

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. We’d love to come back. Thanks Jenny!

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s place. Great location on the Hythe seafront with amazing views of the sea from the bedroom and living room. The house had everything we needed for our five night stay, with a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and spacious living spaces. The dedicated parking was a bonus.

This property was perfect for our visit to the area. A brilliant public football pitch to play with my kids located just across the road with the beach 2 minutes away through the back gate. This was a last minute booking whilst visiting family but will definitely use again to bring the family in the summer! Thank you for letting us use such a great home.

This was a great place to stay. So close to lovely restaurants, galleries, music venues. The flat is just lovely. Everything you need, and spotlessly clean. We were a bit cold the first late afternoon, but a quick message and were immediately reassured the heating was just coming on and it soon warmed up. the heating in the bedrooms could be manually turned up. Would go back in a heartbeat x
