We enjoyed our time at Bryan and Rayna’s place. They were great hosts. The space is comfortable and homey, with plenty of room and amenities. We’ll hope to find this place available for future trips!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gary's place! The mountain home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for our three children. My kids have never seen snow and it actually snowed our last day there. Just made our trip even more special! ☺️

We loved our stay at BaseCamp! Communication with Emily was excellent. The house was amazing & conveniently located. It is beautifully decorated & comfortable. We loved the screened in porch & having access to a wood burning fireplace. The views of the lake & surrounding trees were beautiful & peaceful. The community pool area is within walking distance & offers other beautiful views. Downtown Winchester is so charming! We loved Filo’s Tavern (great service & cocktails, delicious food & get the carrot cake!), Walnut Hill Coffee Co. (cool vibe, great coffee & try their breakfast tacos), and Piezan (great service & generous portions). We loved Basecamp so much we tried to extend our stay but they were already booked up. Such a positive Airbnb experience. We look forward to a future visit!

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

Great place and great host would definitely want to stay again. This is an ideal place to stay if you are seeing a show at the Caverns.

We wanted a little weekend get away and this was the perfect place! very quiet and peaceful! The amenities were perfect, firepit, grill and hot tub were exactly what we needed! A very short 5 mile drive to downtown Tullahoma for eating, shopping etc.

We had a couple families in town attending an event nearby. The photos don't do the house justice, and the house looks amazing in the photos. There was ample space for our group, easy to cook and hangout in the house. We ended up doing more in the house instead of going out because of how nice it was. Our only regret was it was cold outside so we didn't take advantage of the big deck, firepit or the lake. We are already talking about coming back in warmer months!

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my husband was working in the area. We loved the neighborhood and felt very safe. We had everything we needed in the home and stores were close enough to be able to get necessities. Greg was extremely responsive to my inquiries. 100% recommend! We loved our stay!

Beyond perfect home! So many comfortable beds & bathrooms! Perfect for our large group. We so appreciated the spaciousness of each area from the bedrooms & bathrooms to the bonus spaces. And the game room was so much fun, ping pong, PacMan & more. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. Even has an extra fridge downstairs. Jake & Justin at Freedom Properties Management are the best ever to work with. Very quick to respond & address any concern or questions & are sincerely interested in helping you enjoy your stay.

My friend and I had stayed here over the weekend, it was great for what we were needing. We were going to a music festival over the weekend and we had all essentials and Vicky was very nice. The area is also nice and peaceful it was a great place to have a break at between the festival.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

Super clean, comfortable, and close to town. Beautiful walking trails right outside the home. Bethany was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time! We had all the simple comforts of home and plenty of room. The rec room was so much fun—kept kids off of the IPads! The Jacuzzi was icing on the cake. It’s was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our family of 5 loved this get away! This home was tucked away in the woods with quick access to the lake for fishing. Spending time on the screened in patio was amazing with the hot tub and fireplaces 🥰

We were looking for a peaceful getaway to celebrate our 15th anniversary and The Coalmont Cabin was exactly that! The cabin in situated on a beautiful piece of land and Ryan and Gennette did an amazing job renovating the cabin to maximize views and give seamless accessibility to indoor/outdoor living. Not only is the house perfectly planned with an excellent layout, but also every detail and amenity has been thought out and prepared. We noticed the vanity was stocked with toiletries. We cooked a few meals, and there was not one utensil or dish we needed that we couldn't find. They made every part of the stay easy. We were really able to unwind and enjoy the time!

Walker's cabin was perfect for a relaxing retreat from a busy life. It was comfortable and beautiful. Great hikes nearby. We were two adults and two teens and everyone was very happy. We read, chatted, cooked, and played music. There were sharp knives in the kitchen. Big showers. The view from the porch was beautiful all day and the stars were bright all night. We hope to return.

Very lovely cabin. Actually looked better in person than it did in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies. We loved the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. Only downfalls were a good bit of the dishes that were put away were not cleaned, but you are expected to load those into the dishwasher yourself. My assumption is that previous guests did not rinse the dishes before running them through the wash and someone put them up after not checking them first. Not a huge deal. We can't speak much on the amenities offered at the cabin because we stayed during bad weather, but it was the perfect cabin for an unplugged weekend with just board games and food. Overall, it was a really great place to stay and we would personally go back.

We had a great stay at Tina and Steve’s place. Everything we needed and wanted, with clear instructions for everything. And checkout was straightforward and minimal. We felt very comfortable and it made for a wonderful home base to take in the surrounding area. Thank you!!
