We booked the Little Green Cottage in mid-March to use as a home-base when exploring the area, including trials in the South Cumberland State Park (i.e. Savage Gulf and the Fiery Gizzard Trail). Our stay was fantastic. The property is in a very charming development of newer small (some "tiny") vacation homes. There were few people in the neighborhood during our stay, so it felt quite private. Things likely pick up in the warmer months, but the Cottage has a more secluded lot facing the lake. The dwelling is fantastic and ideal for a small family. All 3 bedrooms (including the loft) have full bathrooms. The outdoor screened porch nearly doubles the useable square footage and the super responsive host has thought of everything (even in the kitchen). After unpacking, cooking a meal, and settling in, we noted that the only thing the host missed was a Bluetooth speaker - we then promptly located the Cottage's Bluetooth speaker in cabinet near the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gary's place! The mountain home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for our three children. My kids have never seen snow and it actually snowed our last day there. Just made our trip even more special! ☺️

My kids and I went for the weekend and honestly wished we had a couple days longer to stay. The house was welcoming and the host made sure to leave lights on and doors open for us to get in with ease. Randy was extremely easy to work with. The lake was nice and the boat rental process was quite convenient…there was even a tube for a fantastic tubing experience! I’d recommend staying here!

We had such a lovely stay for a quiet girls weekend. Sara was very responsive and the house was clean and worked perfectly for our group. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials and plenty of gathering spots available for snacking and meals. Being on the lake was a bonus and enjoyed sitting outside for sunsets and a nice fire on a cooler fall evening! We also enjoyed being 20 minutes from great hiking spots.

This spot exceeded my expectations! The beds and furniture are comfortable. It offers many inviting outdoor seating options. The fire pit area is nearby. Hosts had kindling on the pit w/firewood stacked nearby. Plenty of towels and shower supplies. Kitchen is well organized and stocked with proper working equipment. It's a tad small for the number of the cooks we had trying to be in the kitchen. 1-2 cooks works best. Empty cabinets are available for pantry items. Lots of extra pillows and blankets easily accessible. Morning coffee in the swings on the dock...perfect! The ladder getting in/out of the water is amazing. Dock gets hot in the sun so we laid towels down to walk to our shoes from the ladder. We enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle board. The pool noodles are great for floating in the water. We might bring chair floats the next time we visit. Instructions for everything was clearly explained. Seasonal decor and subtle touches made us feel very at home. Well Done!

Just book it. This charming lake house has a number of great features we loved. Spacious 1st floor offers great open design with easy use of large modern kitchen, comfortable sectional, expansive lake views and generous common area. Outdoor patio has plenty of seating (incl cozy daybed), glass rock propane fire pit & grill; and additional wood burning fire pit steps from the lake. Second floor has roomy master suite w/sitting area, fabulous tub & shower and private outdoor patio overlooking Tims Ford Lake. The spiral staircase connects to lower patio for easy external access. Additional three bedrooms are well appointed, too, and garage comfortably housed Range Rover. All of these areas were very inviting and enjoyed. Gated neighborhood less than 1-mile to Main Square for dining at Filo's, coffee at Walnut Hill & Barre Fly Fitness for yoga. Best part meeting Christie--a wonderful woman doing incredible work in the world. Thank you for hosting, Christie.

What a lovely place! Look forward to returning in the future. Kitchen was very well equipped as was the rest of the house. Can't say enough about the attention to detail put into this beautiful place.

Elizabeth and her home are wonderful. This was my 2nd stay, and hope to be able to visit again. It is a very clean and comfortable home with all the amenities you need. The view of the lake is amazing especially at sunset.

What a beautiful property. A peaceful and comfortable stay at a high end Airbb. Wish they could all be at this comfort level. Host was very accommodating. Location was good for visiting sites. Highly recommended!

The Clementine Cottage was perfect. It was cute, quaint, CLEAN, well outfitted with lots of nice extras. She had brochures on all the nearby activities. We fished, we kayaked, we sat around the fire pit, we enjoyed the screened porch. My only complaint would be that I mistakenly thought the cabin would be a little more secluded but even with that being said, it was quiet, it was serene, we enjoyed our long weekend very much and are talking about another trip there. And Gloria is a great hostess. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was.

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️

The interior of this home was freshly renovated and was spotless inside. We loved the property and fenced in yard so our dogs could enjoy the stay, too. Exterior of the home could use some TLC - especially considering the price we paid to stay here during non-peak lake season. We loved our stay and would certainly entertain coming again.

We stayed at Heather's Airbnb for a cozy, reading weekend and it was the perfect pick! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed waking up to such a bright, beautiful space with tons of natural light. It was such a peaceful area, and we loved getting to take a reading break to go for a walk near the lake or sit on the dock. Having a private hot tub and a screened in patio with a fireplace was also a huge plus! Heather was responsive and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very taken care of during our time in Tracy City. We really enjoyed our weekend at Heather's and will certainly be back!

On a cross country road trip moving from FL back to MN and this was one of our stops! One of the best stays I’ve had on Airbnb! Kaleob is very personable and responsive! It was the perfect blend of close to town, but still surrounded by nature. Also appreciated allowing my pup! Highly recommend!

It is an absolutely beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view of the lake. Was a perfect weekend getaway for our family.

Very lovely cabin. Actually looked better in person than it did in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies. We loved the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. Only downfalls were a good bit of the dishes that were put away were not cleaned, but you are expected to load those into the dishwasher yourself. My assumption is that previous guests did not rinse the dishes before running them through the wash and someone put them up after not checking them first. Not a huge deal. We can't speak much on the amenities offered at the cabin because we stayed during bad weather, but it was the perfect cabin for an unplugged weekend with just board games and food. Overall, it was a really great place to stay and we would personally go back.

Grant was so friendly and welcoming and gave us a fabulous run down of the area and all the beautiful spots to explore. The waterfall was breathtaking. We would definitely return!

My friends and I were looking for a nice and affordable place to stay near Nashville and this place fit the description to a T. The cabin was clean and had all the essentials. The fire pit was a nice addition as well. Overall, highly recommend.

This was one of our favorite stays ever. The host was very accommodating. The cabin was so beautiful and clean. It came equipped with everything that we needed. The property was secluded and the private lake was gorgeous. My 4 year old grandson caught his first fish. That will forever be one of my favorite memories.
