Great spot. We heard lots of bad things about the south side of Pittsburgh but we had zero issues and will be back.

We had a great stay at Laura’s place. The bungalo was adorable & comfortable. It had everything we needed. We felt right at home. It was very clean. Location was great! Couldn’t beat being down the block from Oakmont Bakery. There is a park right across that our Grandson had fun at. Quiet neighborhood. Laura was a great host. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Grace's place as it was spacious and comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and has period features and charm. In spite of early traffic we slept soundly in a very comfortable bed. The water was always hot and the shower powerful,the separate sinks was a novelty! It was great to be able to was our clothes too... We loved Shadyside too as it was a beautiful,peaceful neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants and bars which Grace recommended. The bus stops down the street and the 71B takes you to town near where the three rivers meet. Take the hop-on,hop-off tour and see the city. We got the 28x to the airport for $2.75,for nothing! Overall we would highly recommend Grace's place,Shadyside and Pittsburgh.

Stay was great overall. Clean and spacious home! Fit our two families perfectly and felt very comfortable.

This is our 4th year staying at Paddler’s Retreat. We have always enjoyed our time and the hosts are just wonderful. We will be back next year.

Michael’s place was the perfect place for our family. Our grandkids loved the pond, hot tub, two fire pits and the other amenities. Several family members are strongly considering his place for future visits to the area. The property was conveniently located near a brewery, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails, etc. Micheal was an excellent host and very responsive! Thanks for a wonderful rental and all the memories it created for the entire family.

Great weekend in Pittsburgh. My girlfriends and I enjoyed our time in the quaint neighborhood of Bloomfield. The second floor apartment was easily accessible with keypads and parking was always open in front of the house. We appreciated the laundry facility and functional kitchen. Remember to check out the cafe on the corner (Friendship Perk & Brew) great breakfast/lunch spot with friendly service and delicious food.
