I came here with my family for a winter getaway in Mt Snow and we felt it was comfortable for 5 adults and a great location. The location to the mountain is a short drive or a quick 10 min walk. The house has a nice cozy interior and Preston was very responsive.

We loved Lasse’s cabin! The attention to detail was evident throughout the cabin. Everything was clean, tidy, and well furnished. Very comfortable with everything we needed, but without clutter. It was the perfect setting for my husband and I to spend a quiet, restful weekend. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the chilly weather and took trips into Chester and Brattleboro for restaurants, coffee, and antiquing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this cabin if we return to the area in the future. Cannot recommend this spot enough. We did not bring out three young kids with us, but this place would have been great for them too as it is very kid friendly!

This was the second time I booked Erin’s place and my group and I loved it! The outdoor jacuzzi is a huge highlight. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

Awesome place near Stratton and Mt snow. Beautiful surroundings and tranquil stream nearby. Wood burning hot tub worked really well. I started it and went to dinner for a couple hours and when I got back it was over 100 degrees.

if you’re looking for an off the grid home away from home for a weekend getaway, this is the place for you! what a lovely property and space to breathe in the fresh mountain air and decompress. def recommend to anyone at anytime of year. it snowed every day we were there and it made it all the more magical, yet we were still able to drive into “town” or to manchester if we wanted (very efficient snow clearing in VT😁)

We had a wonderful week once again at this beautiful, cozy cabin. It is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Adam and Filipa are exceptional hosts - very kind and responsive. The location is perfect - easy to get into town to enjoy restaurants and to ski at Mt. Snow and even though we got a lot of snow and ice the driveway was plowed and sanded to make it safe for travel. I highly recommend this home for your trip to Southern Vermont. I can't wait to return!

Where to start, such a beautiful location, amazing views from every angle. Kathleen you have created the perfect little cottage, it feels secluded yet close to everything. Very convenient location, everything seems like it's a 10 to 15 minute drive, activities, grocery or just somewhere to be at peace. One of my favorite things was the five minute drive to the local CO-OP, it was such a change up to feel so involved with the local foods and produce provided, here from the Massachusetts south shore its something that we do not get a chance to experiance. Me and my girlfriend came for our anniversary and I'm not sure it couldve been anything less than perfect. Every single thing about the location, the ammenities, the activites, even Kathleen could not have been more transparent, she was very responsive during the booking proccess and more when we were on location, she stressed that if we needed anything to let her know. This is without a doubt somewhere that we are going to stay again.

They definitely have put a lot of thought in supplying everything you can think of needing in an Airbnb. It was unexpected but well appreciated. The home was very cozy and clean. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom showers and floors could use an update. Otherwise, my family enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again if we can. For the first time in a cottage was very good experience. we love the the location peaceful and quick. sometimes we need that little peace and quietness, but also close to the downtown with good restaurants and everything did you need close to 10 minutes. My husband and I we enjoyed it we just ordered food we spent those two days in peace and cozy cottage. Thanks Dennis!

The cabin was perfect for a cozy weekend getaway! In fact, it was even more lovely in person than the photos. We did some lovely hiking in the area and visited nearby farms. Our dog loved the space and slept like a log after a day of hiking. On the day it rained, we had the best time staying inside, reading, playing games, and listening to music. There are clear instructions everywhere to help make sure everything is used properly. While it was too cold and rainy to make too much use of the outdoor amenities, we were able to easily grill. We hope to come back in the summer to make fire pits and swim in the nearby brook! Overall wonderful stay, it was everything we were looking for.

Becky is a fantastic host! She communicated with us very clearly and in a timely manner. This cabin is in a very private location that allows you to connect with nature, all while still in the comfort of a cozy cabin with a smart TV! The place was very tidy and smelt great for a smaller space with a composting toilet. The lack of running water was not an issue for us, as we were still able to do things like wash dishes and brush our teeth with the resources Becky provided. When it came time to leave, we were stuck in the snow and Becky and her husband did not hesitate to help us. They got us out of there in no time! We will definitely be visiting the cabin again.

I’ve had my eye on this place for a few years so I was very excited to stay here on a quick weekend trip! It’s very cozy, spacious and beautifully decorated. The four of us had a lot of room to relax and have our own spaces (two couples). The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. It’s also much closer to the town than I thought, making it easy to grab dinner or supplies. We were pleasantly surprised the spot we wanted to try for dinner was right down the road (Pearl’s Place was great!). We hope to be back in the fall sometime!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was perfectly decorated and the couch was really comfortable. The kitchen had more than we were expecting and was well stocked for our needs. Linens and towels were new and fresh. The only thing I have to say that I wish it was listed is that the cabin is close to the road and you had a neighbor next door. It's not a deal breaker and not much traffic came down the road do to the fact we had a snowstorm come through, but it is a well used road.

We had a really nice time at the cabin. It ended up being a little too warm to ski, but there was some great hiking to be had and local spots to explore. And we did enjoy a rainy day by the the fireplace, very cozy.

My daughter and I had a great stay here. It's very comfortable and I personally loved the decor. The gas fireplace keeps the living area nice and cozy. Plenty of board games and a Mini Pac Man. The bathroom was very clean and Plenty of fresh clean towels. Loved the shower head. it's well lit when you come in at night. The area is very scenic

We had such a lovely stay for my birthday weekend. Jonathan’s place was exactly as described. A great way to escape the city! Had a nice guide to the house with instructions on how to light the fireplace and work certain things around the house. Such a beautiful and peaceful stay!

Loved staying at Ryan’s cabin! Was perfect for a ski getaway with a handful of friends. Would highly recommend!

Our group was two couples, a toddler and a dog. We absolutely loved the unique and funky space that Chris and Elizabeth created in Newfane. There were plenty of comfortable places to lounge, play games and eat. We loved the two woodstoves, which made the place extra cozy. We also enjoyed the sauna out on the deck. We explored the surrounding area a bit and had dinner at the Fat Crow one of the nights, which was delicious! It was the perfect place to get away and unwind for the weekend.

Great and tidy place with lots of snow. The kids loved playing outside with the snowballmaker 😀. Excellent location to explore several nearby ski resorts.

Cute place with a large property. Great for dogs. Super close to Stratton, and other ski resorts are also close by. Fantastic value for the money.

Megan’s place was perfect for a skiing trip for our party of 3 families. And she was a great and very helpful host. Definitely worth a recommendation!
