This place was absolutely perfect for our winter ski weekend! Maria was a fantastic host and was incredibly responsive. We had to extend our stay by an extra night due to a snowstorm, and Maria was very accommodating. The apartment was cozy and ideal for two people, with all the essentials we needed. We absolutely loved the location—it was situated above a ski shop (also owned by the couple) which made it super convenient to get our skis tuned. Plus, the MOOVER bus stops right in the parking lot, so we could easily take it to and from the mountain. The apartment is also close to great restaurants in the area, and the 7/11 is right across the street. Highly recommend and would definitely love to stay here again!

My stay at paradise Island was great and exactly what I needed for a couple weeks while I was working on a project ,I was able to relax ,rest, and enjoy a nice peaceful area and set my mind at ease ,met such wonderful hosts and very welcoming ,I appreciate the hospitality and what a beautiful place thank you again .

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to Stratton. Everything was pristine when we arrived late in the evening. To our delight in the morning, we awoke to a view of the rushing river behind the house. Plenty of room for our party of four, and there was a good deal of entertainment from hundreds of DVDs and YouTube TV. Larry the host was right next door if we needed him. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, close the downtown! Easy to walk to restaurants nearby and a short drive to Mount Snow.

The Rock River Retreat was a perfect spot for our family of three. We were looking for a few days of skiing, and relaxation and Maia’s Airbnb was the perfect base. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!

Very cozy and comfortable vacation home. Conveniently located near Mt. Snow and local restaurants. Very clean, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, fun games and DVDs for the whole family to enjoy. Plenty of space for adults and children to have their own areas to hang out. We had a snow storm and the driveway was plowed for us without us having to ask. Highly recommend!

Quiet, cozy place to stay. Plenty of beds for our extended family to stay for the weekend. The lakeside location would be great for summer. We came in the fall, but it was lovely just to sit on the deck, have coffee, and enjoy the scenery. Kitchen is fully stocked. You’re less than 10 min to downtown Wilmington. Hope to stay again.

We had a lovely time at this place, it’s a bit small but we’ll appointed and you can’t beat the location, right on the river! The views out the back were incredible every day. This didn’t impact us but be aware the upstairs loft area is probably better for children and a tall adult would feel pretty cramped up there. As a rather short crew my family had no problems 😂. Would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We went in the winter to go skiing and there are 3 mountains 30 minutes from the house. The town is beautiful and very historic. The barn out back was the best space for our group. Overall we loved the place and want to go back. It also looks like this a very cool place in the summer. Thanks for having us!

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The property is stunning - secluded, serene, and truly one-of-a-kind. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for the perfect escape. The amenities exceeded our expectations. We loved exploring the hiking trail, unwinding in the hot tub, and watching geese and beavers in the pond. The sauna and hot tub made for the ultimate relaxation experience. Watching the snowfall from the hot tub on our final day was pure magic! Our hosts were fantastic - responsive, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. They provided complimentary wine and souvenir mugs, and every detail was carefully considered to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. The house itself is cozy, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful, romantic, and rejuvenating retreat, this is the place. We are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Diana's home was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a quick ski getaway. We had a couple questions throughout the stay, and each time Diana was super responsive and accommodating. Could not recommend this place enough.

We were three women getting together for a weekend get away. We were happy to have 3 bedrooms. I found mine very comfortable and well appointed. Simple and nice. Also enjoyed 2 bathrooms, one on each level. We particularly enjoyed the house being near a river along which a dirt road ran in 2 directions which made for pleasant and easy walking right out the door. Nice yard and patio for sitting outside. Even equipped with croquet! We also particularly loved the kitchen with everything we needed as we cooked nearly all our meals in. The village of Newfane is beautiful as is much of the surrounding countryside. We love exploring new areas of Vermont and always find each area to be pretty with pleasant surprises. We would be happy to stay here again and found Deb to be a most hospitable and flexible host.
