We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

Beautiful house, lovely host! We had such a special time at Alison’s house. We’d love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Great Tangley Manor for my husbands 70th Birthday Celebration. The house is totally amazing, steeped in history but so comfortable and welcoming. We were a party of 8 adults and 4 children under 8 years old and everyone found something of interest and their own little nook in this beautiful house. The kitchen is so well stocked with utensils and cutlery, beautiful crockery and a great range cooker, the glass area for eating breakfast was so light and airy a real treat looking out onto the courtyard. The dining room perfect for seating 12 people and enjoying time together telling stories around the enormous dining table. The house is so spacious that everyone had space to sit, relax, play and just chill. The grounds are beautifully kept and the swimming pool is amazing, everyone enjoyed their time in the pool.. so well maintained. Thank you to the owners for making us feel so welcome we loved our time at Great Tangley Manor, a truly unique experience

A couple travelled with two teenagers, a toddler and an elderly. Frida's place was perfect for our group. The living room was big enough for all of us, especially for our toddler to run around. Comfortable kitchen with good size stove & fridge. Dining room w sufficient space for 6 of us. We cooked almost every day. However, the upstairs bathroom can be cold in winter and the shower water pressure is a bit lacking, so we end up using the downstairs bathroom most of the time, which was a good bathroom w good pressure and temp. Comfortable and clean beds. Complete amenities. Good wardrobes w enough space for 2 weeks worth of clothes. The cottage is also walkable (15-20mins) to Hampstead High St and Heath, much to our delight! My mother-in-law ws so happy w the place, she suggested to return here whenever we are back in London. Happy to! A tip: the downstairs bedroom w double bed is more suitable for elderlies and those w young children due to the space and access to bathroom.

Russ’s place is extremely clean and beautiful. It is located at a nice and quiet location. The kitchen is pristine and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoy our stay in Russ place and will definitely stay longer next time when we visit the area. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Lynn’s flat. The place is just like the pictures, very clean, upscale and in a great location. We had everything we needed, with fully equipped kitchen (great coffee maker!), high quality linens and Aesop soap. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely weekend spent exploring Oxford by staying here. Just out of the city centre but walkable and easy access to get into the centre. Responsive to messages, we didn’t ask for any specific recommendations but the house could do with some new up to date local leaflets to give some inspiration. Just a minor thing that would improve the experience.

We had a great time at Randall’s place. It was in a nice, safe, and quiet area. Close to the district line (15 minute walk) and Wimbledon tennis garden (10 minute walk). We did not have a car and it was easily walkable. The place was cleaned well and we felt right at home. It is on the second floor and the building has a convenient elevator. As for Randall, he was very kind. Good suggestions for grocery stores and restaurants. He was also flexible with check in which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay at Randall’s place again.

Fantastic stay at Edward’s. There were two of us so we used the guest room as a second bedroom. Stayed for 4 weeks whilst working at the theatre. Easy 20 min walk to city centre, close to shops, pubs etc. Absolutely lovely flat, warm, well equipped and very homely. Quiet location, free off road parking. Edward is a great host, very responsive and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you Edward! Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

ideal location for walking into wendover with it's amenities or out into the countryside. had everything we needed for a one night stay. hope to go back

We had the most amazing stay at Kinvara's. There are beautiful walks as soon as you step out of the driveway which are dog friendly. There are great pubs in walking distance and the whole village is picturesque. The Nest itself has everything you could want, including a delicious cake to welcome us. The bed is very comfortable and there is a beautiful view over the fields where we could watch the sunset. Would definitely visit again!

This was such a beautiful comfortable place to stay, just like home from home. We have stayed in a few air b &b s and this was by far the best. Arthur and his wife were so accommodating and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. Beautiful comfy bed which was very much needed, everything amenity you could think of was there. Thankyou for letting us stay Arthur it was lovely.

Great little cottage in a great location. Sian was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again when we are next in the area.

5th time staying with Debi in the Mews, had a lovely time as always. Place is as nice as presented in photos, and Debi&team are responsive and friendly hosts. Will be back next time we need a place to stay in the area.

Kate was a great host, very responsive and flexible. A quirky place set in an idyllic setting. Ollie the cat was easy to look after. Great stay, recommended.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

The most beautiful Airbnb ever. Would definitely recommend. Cozy and felt at home. Host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. We took walks at the Thames River in the morning and it was beautiful. Would definitely come again if given another chance.
