We had a wonderful stay! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel at home during our stay. The bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

We enjoyed our stay here! Nice place surrounded by beautiful trees and has really pretty sky lights. Place was clean and instructions given for check in were detailed and easy to follow. Griselda is very kind and easy to work with. We had an incident where the dishwasher stopped working and she had a repair person come in the next hour. Very responsive and kindly offered both late check out and early check in. Would recommend and stay here again!

The privacy, home design, and layout of the property were exceptional. A rainy weekend by any fireplace is special, here it was spectacular. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Adrian has beautifully appointed the interior. My stay was intentionally quiet and cozy but the style of the house had me wishing I was entertaining many friends. Frank Lloyd Wright would be proud.

Jerry's property was really special. It's beautiful, unique, and in a great location. My group of friends and I had an incredible time and would definitely come back! Nothing but good things to say!

Quiet neighborhood located within reasonable driving distance to wineries. Great stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook at home. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice spot in the redwoods close to wine country. Hot tub is a great touch. Exiting out of the angled driveway can get a bit tight but is manageable.

This house/Airbnb is amazing! Host communication was great and helpful. Every corner and furniture was pristine clean. House style is perfect for any kind of vacation stay. We were a group of 4 friends and 3 of us came with our babies/toddler. High chair and crib was super helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked to whip up any kind of meals (simple or complicated). We enjoyed many of the amenities including hot tub, fire pit, brand new high end grill. The property sits on a beautiful 20+ Acers of vineyard, we took walks every morning and evening. Even got lemons 🍋 from the garden and added to our water. We enjoyed going to wineries within 5-10 mins away as well as Napa and Sonoma wineries. Highly recommend anyone to book this Airbnb if you’re looking for a worry free, comfortable, clean, and beautiful wine country get away.

Great house on a beautiful property! Everything was as described in the listing. We utilized the spa and the pickle ball court the whole stay. Nice touch with the welcome basket as well.

What a great home! We stayed here with a group of friends for my sister's bachelorette party and everyone commented on what a great find it was! It was clear that there was a lot of thought put into this space from the quality kitchen supplies to the comfortable bedding. The bed set up was perfect, the kitchen was ready to cook in, the large couch was great for sitting around and talking, and the pool and hot tub were ready to go. It was so peaceful to sit in the hot tub looking out at the amazing view! I would definitely recommend staying here for a beautiful wine country vacation, especially if you have a larger group!

A special & unique property that has a magical feel to it; immense view of forest & stars at night, beautiful smell of the great outdoors (my dogs were entranced!), the opulent yet inviting interior design (lush plants/jewel toned velvets/ romantic white lace/comfy furniture- I had to try out all of the little places where you could chill out/nest!). The house was incredibly clean when we arrived &the kitchen had everything we needed.Also, one of the bathrooms has a HUGE bath! I really appreciated the owners list of local restaurants to try out; the small town of Occidental is charming & welcoming. I truly feel the owners care about you loving your time at Korsi; evident in the obvious care they have taken to create not just a great accommodation but an ‘experience’. Thank You!🙏 Tips- Don’t be intimidated by the projector- it’s ridiculously easy (just plug in, grab the remote and log into your Netflix etc!). Don’t worry if you can’t do stairs- you can access the house via a slope.

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

Our family of three really enjoyed the stay in Calistoga. The house is great and very clean. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. The house is close to 5 min away from downtown and we drove there a few times for meals. We also visited the petrified forest which is about 15 min away. Overall was a great stay.

Our stay was fantastic—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions well in advance, making check-in a breeze. Everything listed in the amenities was provided, and the hot tub was easy to use and already heated upon arrival, which was a nice touch. We even had some wildlife visitors, adding to the serene atmosphere. While it’s a little outside the city, the tranquility and nature make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We had an incredible time here! There were 7 of us girls and the layout was incredible. Everyone had plenty of space and the guest house is such a nice addition. The outside patio and hot tub was also so cute. We definitely will come back in the summer when it’s warmer so we can use the pool. Pia was a lovely host! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Shane + Craig’s place. It was an idyllic setting. Probably the most unique airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect place for relaxing from the busy, city life. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed retreating at Bob’s place! Definitely going to star the Airbnb to come back to it another time. Loved the somewhat remote location that is surrounded by trees. The unique layout and creative decor was a really nice touch to our stay.

Was looking for a small relaxing getaway and Chads place was just the ticket! We loved the cozy cabin feel with a short distance to some fun attractions. We will definitely coming back with some friends! Thank you for an awesome vacation and a helpful guide for us!

This is a perfect getaway for a couple. Nestled high above the little town of Jenner the house has amazing views as well as privacy. Big wraparound deck offers lots of places to sit and enjoy the outside. Very comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Will definitely return if we can!

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

Very nice and quiet house next to the creek, among trees. The house is clean and well maintained. Have so many nice features: fireplace, hot tub, 3 patios. I loved every bit. The only minus, as many other people mentioned, is that the sofa is uncomfortable. Sitting on it for an hour gave me back pain that I have to find another spot to sit on for the rest of days.

Nathan and Tom are the most responsive and caring host ever! it was a beautiful, unforgettable stay in the redwood forest with every amenities that we ever wanted including the woodburning fireplace and the hot tub. we could really sense so much care from Nathan and Tom in every detail of the place ❤️ it's worth every penny and more!

By far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at! Diana was very accommodating and made sure we were all good to go. The place itself is beautiful surrounded by nature, and the cabin was very comfortable with great aesthetic. It truly lives up to its reputation. Diana makes sure everything you need is available in the cabin. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook and the bed was very comfortable! My partner and I did not want to leave.
