We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

We had a great stay at Adam's place! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly accommodating for our family. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be booking here again.

Our group had a wonderful stay here! Every couple had their own comfortable (adult) bedroom. There were so many fun things to do at the house, we barely had to leave! The pool was so fun, plus the entire game room was a blast. The location was great, too. We drove up to Estes Park and walked around, then hit up some breweries and wineries on the way back. I will definitely recommend this place to stay on my blog!

Very quiet location, comfortable beds. We stayed for CSU graduation it was close enough to restaurants etc. Very responsive host. If traveling with children or larger groups note there is only one tv in the main living area. Clean throughout. Overall worked great for our needs.

House was absolutely beautiful. When I come to Ft.Collins in a few weeks. I will be booking again.

The house was perfect for the 9 of us. We were visiting family that lives up the road so location was spot on. Plenty of pots, pans, cups, and cutlery in kitchen. Grill was perfect for cooking at the house. Living spaces were spacious and beds very comfortable. Plenty of linens. Super clean home!! We would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the laughing squirrel. We were close to everything we had planned on our trip. We were right in town, close to so many restaurants, parks, grocery stores, etc. The house was exactly like the pictures and description. Easy to follow instructions. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Fort Collins area to stay here.

We’ve stayed at Bobbie’s place three times now. It is our “go to” for the Fort Collins area. It’s quiet, peaceful, and has everything we need!

We had such a wonderful stay at Janna’s Airbnb! The home was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel relaxed and at ease. The beds were super cozy, and every space in the home felt welcoming and well thought-out. Janna was a fantastic host—always kind, responsive, and clear in her communication. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Love the central location and right by the park is a bonus. Plenty of space, nice kitchen to cook meals in. Comfortable and clean - I highly recommend!

I love staying here - great location that is minutes to campus and is in a super cute neighborhood that’s great for dog walking or simply a nice stroll. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and spices/cooking supplies. All rooms are large and spacious. The yard is fully fenced and great for dogs. The hot tub is amazing!! The host is great and very responsive. I’ve never had any issues with this airbnb - it’s streamlined and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this house.

What a charming house! It’s filled with beautiful furniture, dishes and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the details of the host, including a jigsaw puzzle and loads of books.

This was a great place to stay. It was well furnished except more dish towels would be nice. Otherwise we have no complaints.

Deanna was very flexible with our travel; it had changed at the last minute, and she was able to rebook us for our dates. Always very responsive as we were arriving as well as any notes, we had for her in regard to the property. The home was very nice and peaceful, and great for our pets as well. Close to CSU which was maybe a 10-minute drive to get where we were going for the campus. There is a city golf course just down the street as well as a park which was great! We would book again if available anytime we came down to Fort Collins.

Jason's listing was very clean and we felt very much at home. The location was very good and easy to find. We loved seeing the foothills right across the street.

We stayed for a short visit with my son who lives nearby. It is very close to the college and downtown area as well as shopping. Although it was nicely laid out, I do wish there was a TV upstairs rather than having to go downstairs to watch anything. Also, the laundry machines are due for a change out....the dryer burned some spots on a couple items. Overall, the place was warm and cozy for our stay.

Cozy, quiet house right along the ridge west of Loveland. Very comfy in every way and close to beautiful hikes and scenery. Good cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are just 10-15 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a beautiful home and we had a great stay. Comfortable rooms, great amenities, felt like it was very accommodating being far away from home.

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!
