My stay at Ali’s place was very comfortable. The location was great. Everything in the home was very well thought out and accommodating. The bed and linens and pillows were lovely. The kitchen well appointed. Ali was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I can highly recommend this place.

We immediately felt right at home in Monte’s place. It was nice to have a whole house to ourselves & not feel like we were bothering anyone else. Our teens loved the game room & it was nice that everyone had their own bedroom. The hosts left detailed instructions, restaurant/things to do recommendations, & even some treats in the house. We’ll definitely stay again!

I have the great experience of renting this and another property for my great employees to stay while we worked close by. Great job with the property! We will be back for sure!

I stayed five nights in this lovely two-bedroom, mid-century home while helping a family member post-op. All the rooms are quite spacious with artistic and homey touches which I truly appreciate in an AirBnB. This is a lovely and quiet part of town with easy access to Old Town. I enjoyed returning to this peaceful and cozy house after all my activities. Since I own the same era home, it truly did feel like home away from home. The bed is very comfy with a warm duvet and quality pillows. I slept so well. It's the perfect place for an extended stay. WiFi is excellent. Kitchen has basics for cooking and nice pan/pot set. I would look forward to staying here again.

Jessica was a wonderful host and was very responsive. We were there to visit my daughter and the townhouse was well stocked with whatever we needed including snacks for our dog. We felt very relaxed there and well taken care of. Jessica gave us directions on where to walk our dog and was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be back when we visit again and know there is a great comfy place for us and our dog.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

Stayed at Raquel’s place for a month during a work trip at CSU. The place is separated from the main house remaining private and quiet. Holly met me at the property and made me feel very welcome and recommended some local places to eat. Raquel kindly bought me some items for my stay which was a really lovely touch. The space is very comfortable and clean with everything and more during my stay. The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood and a good location for downtown Fort Collins. Holly was great at responding and very polite when we met. I felt really lucky to find a really nice place far away from home. Highly recommend to future guests.

We had a great stay at Adam's place! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly accommodating for our family. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be booking here again.

The house is really cute and was super clean. Cameron was very prompt and friendly in all communications.

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that there were several options for pillows. Nice to have ample parking. Complex is quiet. Restaurants that are walkable. Old Town Fort Collins a quick drive. Joyce was super friendly and communicative. I highly recommend staying here.

Spent a snowy weekend with some friends and their kids and loved our stay. We were in town for a sporting event and the house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Very clean and the place looked great! Loads of food options pretty close by. Would stay here again next year!

We are repeat customers for a reason! The place has a record player, is spic and span, comfortable layout, awesome backyard to hang out in and have meals. Near by, there are lovely walks along the river and the neighborhood is quiet. Lastly, there is an actual coffee pot. But let’s also focus on the host. She’s lovely, and in my book, the host is nearly as important as the place. 5 stars. We will return.

I had another peaceful, relaxing stay at this lovely tiny house - it is my go-to when visiting Fort Collins. It is always such a treat to stay here - the hosts are kind, and the location is stunning. I fell asleep to owls calling and woke up to birdsong, and got to enjoy strolls along the river each day. I definitely recommend this home!

Amazing stay! Wonderful and helpful host. The most thoughtful host, came in to warm and welcoming space, brand new dog bed, toy and treats for our pup and snacks for us. If we ever find our way back in the area will most definitely stay with Steve, Bonnie and Blondie.

This was the second time we had stayed here. The house was amazing and very clean. It had everything we needed. Anita was very responsive when messaged and we will definitely be staying here again. it's close to so many restaurants and shopping.
