We had an issue with our previous rental and needed to find a place to stay that is pet friendly and available. Rad and Carol responded quickly to our reservation request. The house was made available to us early in the day and hot tub prepped last minute for us to enjoy! The Chalet is beautiful and spacious, the location is private and relaxing. The wood stove kept us warm and cozy while we enjoyed watching light snow fall. We would definitely stay there again and bring our family with us!

What a lovely spot! Exactly as it appears in the photos (better!) Ben a wonderful host, great communication but also tons of privacy. We came up with plans to do various things in the area, but the place was so cozy on the rainy and foggy days we got, we happily just lounged about in front of the fire like happy and content house cats. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, secluded cabin. Lots of things to do nearby. Mike is an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. He even built a fire in the woodstove prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had an awesome getaway at Kevin and Lesley’s cabin! This was our last little getaway before we get married this fall and it was the perfect unplugged retreat to feel connected going into the stressful time before the wedding. The cabin is cozy, the bathroom is adequate and sort of surprisingly not as buggy as it could have been, and the porch was my favorite spot to feel connected to nature. Kevin was very communicative and the instructions in the cabin were very clear. Luce’s lookout was amazing at the top and a really great recommendation by our hosts. We would definitely go back!

Our stay at the Mountain View cabin exceeded all of our expectations. Jinny has really created something special with this place! Would love to stay again.

Janie’s Chalet was absolutely perfect. The Chalet was clean and homey, the outside was beautiful. Going to bed with the sound of a waterfall was a surreal experience. Would definitely stay again!

No words can describe Bob and how beautiful his soul is. He welcomed us into his home and made us feel welcomed at every point in our stay. His place is gorgeous with a bunch of beautiful scenery, and one of a kind house decor. Bob is unlike any other host I’ve met, and we will definitely be back again!

One of the best family get aways! Plenty for the kids to do, friendly family atmosphere, and a peaceful place for us parents. The cabin was beautiful and Sean was wonderful to deal with, helped in anyway possible! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It was very cozy and clean, and had everything we needed. Just the right amount of comforts but still maintaining a remote cabin vibe. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful cabin!! The scenery here was truly something else. From check in to check out everything was nice and easy. I couldn’t recommend this more. Very safe very clean.

Andrew’s place is one of a kind, a true escape from the mundane. If you’re looking for luxury and high-tech, this may not be the stay for you. If you’re looking for comfort, a disconnect from reality, and complete peace…. This is THE place! We are looking forward to coming back and checking out Babes Bar and seeing the flower farm while it’s active, we were just exhausted from our ski days to do anything besides enjoy the space.

Heathers tiny cabin was cute, clean, and easy to find. Close to downtown Rutland and the skiing.

My friend and I spent two nights here, and within minutes, we were absolutely in love with the place! Every detail is so well cared for and beautifully decorated, it feels like stepping into a charming dollhouse, yet it’s incredibly cozy and inviting. If we could, we would have stayed the entire week! The location is peaceful and quiet, with easy access to Okemo and just two hours from Stowe. Mark and Yulia are great hosts, responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Matt's place has all the bells & whistles. We felt spoiled over our four nights. I love to cook and never have I ever had a rental kitchen be as easy and enjoyable as Matt's. I mean, the chef's knives were actually sharp! We didn't really go anywhere (except for The Worthy Burger & Silver Lake Syrups - do check them both out, lovely people and goods) so almost all our meals were made at home. The location is super private, my bark prone hound dog couldn't have bothered anyone. The cabin was perfectly cozy and very comfortable; we had inclement weather but it was no worry to huddle up inside for days. I'd LOVE to come back and have been day dreaming of September.

The Cozy Tiny Home on Black River was wonderful for our ski tip to Okemo Mountain Resort. It's less then a 5 minute drive to the mountain and there is also a shuttle but it's about a 15 minute walk. We loved that our pups were able to stay with us. They loved playing in the snow and we found a dog park up near the mountain that was great to be able to let them run around unleashed. Enjoyed being so close to town and the choices of restaurants were great! Thank you Rebecca!

David place was great, cute tiny homes in good location near local restaurants and super market. David is very responsive. We would stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed for one night between ski days and had a fantastic time! This cabin was the perfect spot for a peaceful evening. Elizabeth was a wonderful host, meeting us out front and helping with our bags. The cabin was cozy and stayed plenty warm, even on a 0-degree night. We used the toaster oven for dinner, and it worked well. The setting was stunning, especially with the snowfall. The large cabin windows provided beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again. A couple of small areas for improvement: the WiFi wasn’t working and some dishes weren’t fully clean. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful cabin in a great location. We so enjoyed our stay. Their guidebook was well put together and have great suggestions of things to do the day we were iced out at the mountain.

My stay at Evelyn's cabin was absolutely dreamy! She has thought of every detail to make the cabin cozy, relaxing and welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful and it was fun to hear about the history of the property. I felt completely at home. Waking up to the sunrise and joining for fresh breakfast in her home was the cherry on top. I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed Richard's cabin for a "change of pace" night. The dogs enjoyed the pond and surroundings. We enjoyed the propane heater in the cabin (since it was a rather rainy, dreary day). I'm sorry we didn't have firewood, as it would have been nice to make a fire in the fire ring, but all in all, it was charming, peaceful and had just enough amenities to make it comfortable. I was surprised that the cost was about the same as the other other places we stayed in Vermont and New Hampshire that had full amenities plus breakfast.

This is a uniquely great place. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable, with an excellent host. Highly recommended. I look forward to staying again.
