Samuel has been a great host to us. He is very responsive and kind. The condo has literally anything you need to spend a great time, in an awesome place. We really loved our stay in Sam's place.

We only stayed one night but it was a nice size place for an apartment, close to the parks in orlando. Short drive there from Universal. The patio was huge. The only thing I would say we did not like was the extra towels were a lil damp. That's happened before at other places we've stayed at. Maybe the cleaners didn't have time to dry them all the way but im not a fan of that. Otherwise a nice stay.

This was easily the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The unit was spotless, smelled great, and the beds were very comfortable. The check in instructions were clear and helpful, and the host was as responsive as you could possibly hope for. If you are considering staying here, 100% book it without hesitation. I promise you will not be disappointed.

This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Don’t miss out on the opportunity!

2nd stay at this location. As stated in my 1st review. There was an annoying tenant who walks heavily. Remembering this from before. It was the only available apartment for my short stay. Again as a guest we have to be recognizant and respectful of other. It should work both ways. 2nd floor tenant walk lightly. The view and everything else was on point as usual. Look forward to staying but at another RA apartment in same location.

Erick's place is as advertised very clean & cozy & very spacious!! two full baths a definite plus will stay again & definitely recommend! one slight hiccup was code didn't work but Erick was quick to respond with the correct code

Very easy check-in, easy to find, spacious apartment, clean with all the necessary amenities. Overall, very clean and comfortable beds. I recommend and would stay again.

This is the perfect family vacation home. Mom and Dad don’t have to go to bed when the children do. It’s very roomy with large bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent time at the pool complex on the property in between park days and we were treated very well there as well. We will definitely stay here again!!

Exactly how it was described on Airbnb. Very quiet location and very close to Disney and Universal. Lots of dining options close by.

So close to Disney, less than 10 miles away from all the parks! Super clean!

Doris' place is a great location and close proximity from where we were headed. There were also plenty of restaurants and other shops/stores in the area which made it that much better. My daughters really enjoyed the pool and were happy about having a say in this selection. Most definitely a must visit.

The host, Ricardo, is incredible. We had a hiccup when we checked in at the property initially but Ricardo was able to save the day as well as the lovely ladies at the front desk. They were all really concerned with making sure my family and I were happy and comfortable.

Todo fue excelente! Solo el dishwasher no funciono pero fue por que los huéspedes anteriores lo rompieron, la jubilación el lugar y la casa eran perfectos para pasar tiempo en familia

Great place to stay. Dianey always responded right away when I had any questions. Nice unit for a family. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Very easy commute to Disney. We had a great stay!

Ariane's place was great for our group, there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms, each are decently sized. Ariane was very quick to respond to all my messages and was flexible to allow us to check in early which was much appreciated! Overall we had a great stay! Pros: - The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals for a large group - Walking distance to the community club house which has a slide, pool, lazy river, mini golf, fitness center - Fits a large group comfortably! Cons: - Limited supplies (shower kit/1 towel per person, toilet paper, garbage bags) -

Everything was very nice and looked just like the photos! Host was very kind and responsive! Would book again!

Casa muito boa, bem localizado, tem Walmart bem próximo, entre outras lojas e outlet. Cama super confortável, banheiro grandes, cozinha boa, melhoraria com mais panelas. E Cristina sempre nos respondia com muita prontidão. Valeu a pena a hospedagem.

This was our first family vacation and our first time ever using Airbnb. I was very impressed with how easy the process was. Our host was super friendly and the house was absolutely beautiful. 10/10
