Jane responded fast to text messages. very kind, offered to tell about restaurants and local entertainment. I had an issue with the door ( operator error ) called Jane and she called me back to see if i was able to fix the issue, which was a simple fix. I will definitely make sure I reserve there again when I go back into town if available.

Even though the weather was a bit unpredictable over the weekend, we still had an amazing time at this place! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for us to use, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here!

The Pool House was PERFECT for my family! Our kids (and ourselves!) LOVED the pool and the beds were really comfortable. The space was awesome!

Originally from Rockford but moved to Arizona in 2011. Recently, my Mom passed and hubby and I have been back and forth from AZ handling her estate--going through her house, funeral plans, etc. and this particular trip was for her actual services that had been planned back in January (she technically passed in December). Anyways, we timed the drive from this house to her house and it was something like 4 minutes away so for us, the location was awesome. It made the days/nights we were over at her house going through things easy because after a long day of that you just want to go home and relax (back to where you're staying) and not have to drive super far to get there. So that was a plus! House is older and definitely needs updating. House needs boxes of kleenex. House needs better cleaning between guests. Other than a small heat/thermostat issue upon arrival it was a good stay. Didn't use the pool/hot tub but did play a couple games downstairs. Quiet area!

Second time staying here it was great. The value for the space is fantastic. neighborhood is relatively quiet and very convenient to everything. garage and off street parking depending on the size of your vehicle. Owners are very responsive. I always check availability on this property when I travel.

Loved our stay! Shari was accommodating and we enjoyed spending the holiday there. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed as was the kitchen. Her attention to detail made it very comfortable and felt like home. Beautiful boulevard made walls convenient and enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our family to spend the holiday. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed in Marco‘s beautiful home for a gathering around our brothers funeral. Marco made us instantly feel warm and welcome and at home. My family had a wonderful time! The home is absolutely gorgeous & definitely a space for entertainment & creating memories with family.

House was exactly what we wanted for a small family weekend getaway. Our three year old keeps saying “Purple door” because she liked the house (which has a purple front door) and wants to go back. Overall, would for sure go back. The home left a positive impression of Rockford as a city.

Ron and Lisa, I loved the house! The house was a big hit to all my family and friend. It was the perfect place for me to have my 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful , clean and roomie.
