I use airbnb extensively for our business travels. Definitely within the top 3 of airbnb's we have stayed. Huge home with everything you need right on the river. Very upscale and amenities to match. Right on the river and great for evening walks, etc.

As soon as we walked into the door, we felt at home. This was such a comfortable home to be an especially after a long journey. We would definitely recommend this house to others, and if we were ever in the area again, we would be staying there.

This Airbnb for our needs perfectly. We had family come in town from out of state for a funeral. It was clean and nice. Thank you!

This place was awesome. 10/10. We’ve never stayed at this kind of place before but it did not disappoint. Everything was super clean. Very well stocked with plenty of surprise extras. Red room was amazing…plenty of unique furniture, etc. Great location on the River…nice and private but close enough to town to go have a fancy meal. Hot tub was nice and cozy with great view. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It's a huge and enjoyable property! We had a great time, and our group (11 people) had plenty of room to sleep, eat, and hang out without feeling cramped. I'd recommend this place to someone hosting a large group like 10+, that wants to stay in Rockford!

I cannot say enough positive things about Susan's place and Susan herself. Her location is a home away from home. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Everything was neat, clean, organized and though there was everything you could want or need for your stay, the host would still check-in to be sure you had all you needed and all was good. The house is very pretty, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, and felt very safe. The host herself, Susan, is very caring and beyond hospitable, as well as easy and interesting to converse with. As it shows in the pictures, she does have two small dogs who are well behaved and adorable. I could not recommend this location enough, especially for the rate.

Stayed for a night while visiting Roscoe for weekend family activities. Easy to find, great location next to south beloit park and a great price! Tracey was super nice and showed us around when we got there. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent communication and location! Very close to the center of town. The doors and keys were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out eventually! Would happily stay here again if we ever come back to the area. Thanks Laura!

I stayed here with another couple. The place is great for two couples to hang out. Very cozy, nice big tv and enough space for not feel cramped with 4 people. Nice patio doors, large bathroom and the mattress in the bedroom was so comfortable. Kate also worked out special accommodations to work with us! The upstairs neighbors are very sweet and accommodating. Would for sure stay again. Thank you Kate!

This off-the-beaten path, yet still convenient, home was perfect for a 4-day stay. Louise welcomed us with a detailed letter including specifics to make our stay more comfortable both within her home and in the surrounding area. She also included personal touches like a lovely almond bundt cake and personal message to welcome us. If back in the Rockford area, will definitely stay here again. A bonus was to meet her two basset hounds, Tess & Stella!

Very Clean and comfortable and a safe surroundings

Nuestra estancia en Rockford fue muy agradable ya que cada uno de los miembros de nuestra familia tenían su propio espacio ya que cada uno tenía su habitación, también como tiene dos baños completos, Pudimos disfrutarlos también y como viajamos con nuestra mascota el patio trasero ella lo disfrutó también ya que está protegido por el fence, lo único que que nos sacó de nuestra comodidad fue la estufa y el refrigerador, la estufa eléctrica (aunque lo entiendo pues combina con la isla y le da un toque moderno ) y uno como hispano nos gusta cocinar nuestra propia comida. El refrigerador si se mira un poco fuera de lugar ya que cuando uno ingresa por la parte trasera es lo primero que uno ve. La sala de estar muy agradable y espaciosa el toque agradable para mi en lo personal fue la chimenea aunque eléctrica, pero definitivamente si lo recentaría

This location was exactly what we expected!! The pictures are very accurate. The duplex was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. We would have loved to have stayed longer, but our insurance adjuster did not file for our extension in time. We would definitely recommend 😊

Dianna was so sweet and responsive. The Airbnb was clean and welcoming. It was the perfect location to be far enough out of the city to be quiet and private, but close enough for anything you want or need!
