this place was absolutely perfect for our family and our needs. very accommodating and convenient and any food or shopping you need is literally less than a block away in abundance. And it was surprisingly quiet for having all of those amenities and businesses so close. The host was very accommodating and quick responding and very understanding to our situation. I feel this place is more than fairly priced for what it offers. thank you Tin, for a fabulous experience at such a trying time for our family!

The location was very convenient, close to the highway and local stores and restaurants. Iuliia was very communicative and friendly in all responses, and is clearly invested in making sure guests enjoy their stay.

As soon as we walked into the door, we felt at home. This was such a comfortable home to be an especially after a long journey. We would definitely recommend this house to others, and if we were ever in the area again, we would be staying there.

Michael was a wonderful host. He always responded right away and worked with us. The house was just right for my coworkers and myself. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there.

I’m Glad I found their house. It was well furnished, peaceful, and I love the glass walls. Perfect place for a family of 6.

We loved our stay, the house is beautiful and in a great location to everything in Rockford area. The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard area is very nice to relax in. Thank you for a great at home feeling stay!

Anthony’s house was the perfect location for my family to finally get together and celebrate a new baby. he was super quick with his responses, rules were clear and reasonable, house was clean, beds were comfy, and the dinning table fit all of us perfectly! 10/10 would stay again!

Jane responded fast to text messages. very kind, offered to tell about restaurants and local entertainment. I had an issue with the door ( operator error ) called Jane and she called me back to see if i was able to fix the issue, which was a simple fix. I will definitely make sure I reserve there again when I go back into town if available.

I had a last minute work trip come up, and Joy was able to accommodate me on the same day that I was coming to stay. The location was very quiet, and the room was very clean. The pool table and dart board gave something entertaining to do while in the room.

Wonderful place to stay would stay again. Josh and Amanda are great hosts.

Jonathan was the best host!! He went above and beyond for me. You let him know what you need and he will do his very best to provide it. Don't hesitate to stay at his place, you will feel welcome and comfortable there.

This place was incredible! Such beautiful grounds…right on the river. It was spacious and very quaint. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time there….i will be definitely staying again and adding a couple extra days. It was comfortable, had everything we needed for a restful stay. I look forward to my next stay here☺️

My family stayed at Ruth’s place for two weeks and we felt right at home. The place was clean, smelled great and was supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and towels/linens. Miss Ruth even took it upon herself to offer new linens and towels at our preference, which was extremely appreciated!! The bathroom is equipped with mood lighting and really set the mood for the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent stay, truly exceeded our expectations. We were satisfied with the accommodations and will look to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much Ruth!!

Nezmed is a great host, I have rented from her several times over the years, and she is always responsive and professional. There are few places to rent in this area and limited types of rentals. Nezmed always has different houses to rent, keeping the places updated (depending on location) and clean. I recommend working with her; she is outstanding.

The house was just as described and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. very close to town and anything you needed. the place had all the necessary things you would need. for the price it was great. house is older and not fancy or updated but if your looking for just a solid place to stay and nothing upscale or super special this is a great place. the host is super responsive so feel free to ask any questions. the place was perfect for our needs!
