We stayed at Aleisha's executive apartment for three weeks and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It has a full kitchen and in-suite laundry, which was very convenient during our extended stay. Aleisha was very responsive. She answered my messages quickly and attended to our requests promptly. I had a medical appointment scheduled for the day of our checkout, and Aleisha kindly extended our checkout time, which gave me peace of mind before leaving for the airport. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. We had a good experience visiting Winnipeg. The people are friendly and helpful. However, there are many homeless people. It is important to look after your belongings. During our first week, our car window was broken while parked one evening. The rental agent at Hertz told us that vandalism was everywhere, even in a downtown hotel like Fairmount. Luckily, there were no more incidents in the last two weeks.

I had a comfortable stay. The area is convenient, every bus you need is in front of this listing. It's a busy area, so be aware you will be hearing sirens during the day and night but thats typical of busy areas. The building has great security measures, and is very clean. The apartment is very modern! it comes with it's own washer + dryer as well.

Perfect little suite with a nice view. I stayed for 3 months. I had the west side room which had a good sunset view. Area not too bad. The occasional homeless outside but I think it is slowly getting better. They were not an issue. Nice new sandwich shop downstairs. Bed was comfortable. Very private rooms. Overall very happy with the stay and the host.

The place was very nice, it had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. I didn’t stay long though. The place really wasn’t for me, but it really is a beautiful place.

Kyle is an awesome host. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Stay was pleasant and had everything I needed for my trip. Would stay again.

Great place with a great view to really enjoy the full Canadian experience!! The Skyloft is right downtown Winnipeg around the corner from Canada Life Center!! Great place to stay for a Jets game and/or to walk around downtown and check out all the great local restaurants and bars!

Affordable rental, especially for the neighbourhood it’s listed in. Clean. Quiet. Very spacious. I felt right at home. Having bathroom essentials provided is always a bonus, sometimes we forget to pack some. I would definitely book this spot again, and I’d recommend to anyone who was in need of finding an air bnb. Great stay!

Great stay and the location was key!

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!

Chris's place is the best. close to everything, amazing cool place, it ticks all the boxes. I have stayed there so many times and will continue. Thanks Chris for all you do!

we loved staying in Chelsea's condo. very nice decor, clean and had everything we needed- towels, toiletries and coffee!

Great comfortable stay. Felt super private and safe and the available amenities provided by Amy were great. Such a cozy little spot for 1-2 people. Amy was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

No busques más, este es el mejor departamento! Si vienes a Winnipeg, quedate aquí! Es un departamento súper bien ubicado, es muy bonito, es pequeño pero tienes todo lo necesario, hasta un gimnasio y súper seguro. Siempre hay un vigilante al pendiente, tienes restaurante muy cerca y tiendas de conveniencia como en Dolarama. Estás a 1 minuto caminando del estadio de hockey si es que te gusta. Hay paradas de autobús muy cerca. Nosotros nos quedamos por un mes y definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar aquí. Hilda fue maravillosa, siempre estuvo atenta y respondía rápidamente.

This was a nice place to stay for us on a quick trip from the states. We saw a show at the Destination Dinner Stage only a block away. The Pony Corral is next door and we had a good time there as well. The location was perfect for us and the accommodations were as well.

Had a great experience!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Roy gave amazing check in directions that was super detailed & helpful. His place was very clean, comfortable & perfect for the 4 of us. We came for a hockey game & it was so nice to just walk across the street to the Canada life center for the game. If we are ever in town again, I will for sure be looking for this spot to be available. This is a true gem!! Thank you so much Roy!!

We had a great stay in this spacious, private apartment in a quiet building. Residents we met seemed friendly and respectable. Well-stocked kitchen (even had some spices) clean bathrooms and beds. Reliable wifi. Lovely morning sun. A real home-away-from-home during our 5 days there. Nice to know: If your party will not be coming and going as a group it’s good to know ahead that there is only one set of keys available. It can be managed with a little planning, though, with the lockbox outside, as long as you are comfortable leaving the apartment door unlocked while you run down and with propping open the main door while you put the keys in it. There is no signage for the outdoor overnight visitor parking, and maintenance is very on it if you park in the non-overnight visitor parking - get clear direction beforehand and leave a note with your suite# on the dash.

The building is the classic old Winnipeg type building (it does have a strong cigarette old smell) BUT Emmanuel has created an OASIS on the top floor. Light and bright and clean with a very functional kitchen, this condo is a lovely get away close to Thermea spa (walkable) and lots of great restaurants (walkable and driveable). Thanks so much Emmanuel for having us to stay and for being so responsive to all of our needs.

My partner and I really loved staying at Samanta's place! It was a really cozy and comfortable stay, great location with tons of yummy food places which we were able to walk to, and we felt right at home there! Extremely responsive host as well, we had some questions regarding check-in and they were very fast to respond :) Would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to stay again!

Scarlett’s place was perfect! 3 of us were there for a conference for a full week. The 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The bedding was sooo comfortable. Living room and kitchen were spacious and provided space to relax after the long days. The nice touch with bathsalts in the master was a bonus. I definitely enjoyed that one evening. Close to everything we needed, Browns Social House has great food for take out and you don’t even have to leave the building to get it. If you want to go to a hockey game it’s right across the street! Scarlett was very responsive when I had questions, super accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be booking again next time we come down.
