We have stayed in this building many times, but Julie's unit was the nicest we've been in. It is very well taken care of and made us feel at home.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen well-stocked, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay for concerts/hockey games etc. located on Main Street in the heart of the Exchange District, walking distance to Burton Cummings theatre, Canada Life Center and some of the best bars and restaurants in the city.

The cutest little studio apartment was perfect for our stay! Prime location, close to restaurants as well as the Canada Life Centre. Easy to access. I would easily recommend this to anyone

Yuri is the best host. He was flexible when I requested one additional night. He even had my favourite coffee available just for me! Very thoughtful.

Crystal Properties was an amazing place. The communication was on point with Crystal P. and the co-host Mia. The apartment is huge and bright. We didn't get to enjoy the huge balcony (too cold) but the floor to ceiling windows still let you enjoy the amazing view. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook large or small meals. The king size bed and linens were really comfy. The bathroom was also very large. This property provided coffee pods (for the week), toilet paper, shampoo, bath gel and even a large roll of paper towel. All the furniture was very comfortable and still in great shape. We also appreciated the strict rules regarding noise as we are very quiet people. We absolutely loved this place and will not hesitate to book again. Thank you Crystal Properties.

Nice place, clean, good host. All one requires for a one month stay. Very convenient to downtown Winnipeg which is what I required. One should always be aware of their surroundings in downtown Winnipeg but that is not specific to Hilda's place.

After reading all of the reviews I knew what to expect and prepared everything I needed ahead of time, my husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon together, located in the heart of Winnipeg, making it easier to get around, our host was kind and fair, making the visit pleasant and comfortable~ I am very grateful that he let us stay in his beautiful home away from home.

Wonderful condo with easy access to Canada Life Centre. Liz is a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Check in and check out were extremely easy.

We had a great stay in this spacious, private apartment in a quiet building. Residents we met seemed friendly and respectable. Well-stocked kitchen (even had some spices) clean bathrooms and beds. Reliable wifi. Lovely morning sun. A real home-away-from-home during our 5 days there. Nice to know: If your party will not be coming and going as a group it’s good to know ahead that there is only one set of keys available. It can be managed with a little planning, though, with the lockbox outside, as long as you are comfortable leaving the apartment door unlocked while you run down and with propping open the main door while you put the keys in it. There is no signage for the outdoor overnight visitor parking, and maintenance is very on it if you park in the non-overnight visitor parking - get clear direction beforehand and leave a note with your suite# on the dash.

Great place to stay if you have an event planned at the Canada life center. With the convince of this place being right across the street it made our trip great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The house was perfect and included everything we needed. Being able to bring our dogs was important and the fully fenced yard was great.

Sydneys place was peacefull and safe place to spend the night in and to get a good nights sleep in and easy to find

I visit Winnipeg quite often and always try to book with Helen as my first choice. I’ve always had the a good experience at her properties but this last visit was just the absolute best! Im a professional bodybuilder in training for a contest this summer and so I booked a property with a treadmill which is really important. When I arrived and realized the treadmill had been removed, I was disappointed but life will go on. Helen not only apologized for not updating the verbiage in the listing when the treadmill was removed, she HAD A NEW ONE INSTALLED THAT DAY. For me it’s about someone taking your needs seriously and offering solutions and she did just that. What an AMAZING host! I can’t say that enough.
