Fabulous place to go to relax and recharge for us as a couple, but big enough with lots to do for larger groups and families. Would love to come back in the summer and use the pool.

The home was great and just what we needed and were looking for in our stay.

Host was the best! Their place is very nice and well kept up. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway with a big group, this house is definitely it. The pool was great as well and we enjoyed our weekend stay!

We had a great stay and Ashleigh was very responsive with several messages during our stay. We loved the location and place on the river. The hot tub was great. So much space in this home. The only thing I would caution would be the number of beds. We had 3 adults that had to sleep on couches. The big room in the basement had 6 beds, bedroom #1 had sleeping space for 2, bedroom #2 had sleeping space for 2, and bedroom #3 had sleeping space for 2. That is 12 sleeping spaces. We had a group of 15. We made it work. Also there were lots of pillows but not much extra bedding and blankets. Overall a lovely experience and would go back again. Thank you.

Tiffany is an amazing host. Anytime I had questions she was quick to respond with helpful solutions. Her home is a spacious, clean and comfortable living space that put my family at ease. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have been very grateful for the time at Brook’s place. Brook is very accommodating and flexible. Our family needed this so much and Brook didn’t disappoint us. From extending our time to making adjustments to provide a safe area, as to accommodate our toddler’s exploration phase, Brook didn’t hesitate to take steps that would make us feel comfortably and at home. Her place is as good as all of the reviews say, no one exaggerated when expressing how good they felt about staying at Brook’s place. We are blessed to be one of those to have found her. David's cottage in South Bend was just what I needed. Cute, cozy, close to ND/Eddy St Commons. Very responsive and communicative host; had an issue with the heater and he sent someone over within 30 minutes. Would visit again!

We came for a stay with extended family including children from baby-teen. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we loved being right on the canal and the hot tub. The game room was fun for all ages and we appreciated the items for baby. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. Thanks for a relaxing getaway!

The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything possibly needed to cook or prepare meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and listening to nothing but birds singing. The bed we used was comfortable, and the shower in the master bathroom was beautiful and very well constructed. We had a very nice, relaxing stay.

Fantastic location! Very walkable to Trader Joe’s, tons of restaurants and Notre Dame campus. The house was adorable - clean, comfortable & had everything we needed.

i have absolutely no complaints. this was a fantastic location safe neighborhood quiet welcoming this felt like home just a different choice of furniture very comfortable i couldn’t have asked for more thank u i believe this is the first airbnb where it was so clean i didn’t even find people’s hair in the linen i would hold on to your cleaner she’s fantastic 🥰🥰

Great place to stay with a group! Clean environment, looks just like the pictures, a little snack box & toiletries basket was a great touch! The host is a great communicator and we had plenty of privacy!

Our stay was very comfortable, relaxing and quiet. The house was spacious and clean, had plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen items. We appreciated the Alexa for music, the big TV and shower, the coffee and the provided laundry soaps. Beautiful place, thanks Romie!!.

Wonderful stay for an ND football weekend! Marisol was very responsive and friendly and let me check in early.

First of all, Mindy was super-responsive to emails and questions. Second, her home was very spacious and beautifully quaint. We had 5 adults and 3 dogs and we had so much room that we didn't feel like we were walking over each other. Third, the description of the house was spot-on. It is definitely close enough to Notre Dame to walk. However, there was quite a bit of construction around ND so finding a place to park was a little challenging. Fourth, there were plenty of places to eat and shop close by. The only negative (and it wasn't even a big negative) is that he kitchen floor was a bit sticky when we got there. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Mindy.

my family and I stayed for Easter weekend. It was the perfect location and had something wonderful for each one of us to enjoy! We will be returning the next time we travel to Indiana!

We were a group of 4 adult men in town for Notre Dame football game. Just a quick one night stay. The house was just as described. Super clean and convenient for going to Notre Dame stadium. We were able to pop up an air mattress to make a fourth bed. It was very clean and comfortable and homey. I would stay there again.
